The position is great and the room very clean! Large car park available and good breakfast

I wish they wouldn’t ask 10euro to entry the swimming pool! This is my 3rd time going to this hotel. Sometimes I would like to use the swimming pool for 30minutes but discouraged by the flat fee

The large room, the location.

The personnel has to improve their manners. There is some guy with glasses, dark hair and a dark car fiesta who is rude to the guests, pushes them when he is in a hurry. Is he a worker or a commercial partner, I don't know but he is an habitué. He would definitely have to learn some manners and to behave politely. The women at the breakfast know this guy who comes often and they serve him first, leaving a mother with two children waiting. So unprofessional. So, the hotel is a 4 star, but the staff is pretty lower.

Location perfect for shopping, good for visiting Venice, room was very clean, warm, the bed confortable.

Breakfast fair, you had to pay extra for omlet or fried eggs, the tables where not cleaned after guests left, you could hardly find a clean table, the doors very thin, you could hear loud noises from the other rooms.

The place was good. Comfortable and spacious bed. It's very close to the Designer Outlet. You can even walk there. Breakfast was good too. It's a great place to stay if you're going shopping. Venice is only a 30-minute drive away.

Nothing special. It is okay for what you pay. We stayed just one night since we were traveling in Milan.

Everything else. The staff was all very friendly and helpful . The breakfast had everything and was delicious. It had fruits cereals eggs breads cakes , everything ! The room was very clean and was getting cleaned everyday. The shower was perfect and out view from 5th floor was beautiful . The location is good ! You can see the outlet from the window,its very easy to find and theres a mall 5 minutes with car . Jesolo was near too only 35 minutes . It was a very good decision to take this hotel .

The only thing that bothered me was the blanket that was only covered with two white bedsheets so it was always getting messed up when sleeping in 2. If you are alone i dont think theres a problem .

It is not related to the hotel but i was robed at the parking in the front of the hotel early in the morning by progessional couple who is usually present there. To all future guests please bez carefull because my belongings were taken in front of me While i was put luggage into the car. Realized minute after basterd left but to late. Reported to the police but no outcome. Hotel stuff was helpfull and supportive.

Location is great, few steps from outlet and 10 min from train station in San Dona ( train to Venice ). Room for two is spacious enough, bed is comfortable. Enough and various food for breakfast. Was already there few times and it was always a good choice.

Opening hours of the pool should be longer; we couldn’t use it after returning from the day trip.

Small Prosecco bottles in the fridge. I know they ask in advance if you would like it, however with all that traffic and trip of over 12 hours, definitely I prefer having something in the fridge 😉.

I actually stay at the hotel every time I go to McArthur Glen or to Venice. Great location as it is located by the highway and app 10 from the train station in San Dona. There is also a pool which is not big but exceptable.

Some additional offer (something to drink) at the pool would be nice as it is chargeable.
