Our stay was made great by James at the front desk beginning with our Friday 10pm arrival until our Monday morning departure. I had originally booked a room for arrival on Friday 9/20 with departure on Sunday 9/22 using American Airlines points. We needed to stay an extra night and I was unable to modify original booking so booked an additional night stay through Booking.com which was a different room type. Upon check-in I mentioned that I had 2 different reservations. As I was traveling with elderly parents, James double checked Saturday evening to be sure our current room (1st reservation) was not reserved for Sunday and in doing so saw that I was an IHG member and was able to allow us to stay in our original room without having to check out and move our belongings. After a busy check in afternoon on Sunday, he had our new keys to the same room waiting for us upon our return to the hotel in the afternoon which was greatly appreciated.

The complimentary coffee was unfortunately undrinkable. However, there is a Tim Horton's right around the corner on Maple Ave.

This is a no-frills hotel. There is no breakfast provided in any way, which is totally fine with me. The single studio room will be perfect for my next stay when I bring my dog. The room was clean. I slept on the pullout bed and it was comfortable enough for me.

I was totally happy with the room but I would make sure to get a two-bed room next time I travel with a friend. I thought I had selected two beds but I had selected single studio.

the staff was great and friendly even sent a text to make sure everything was good in the room after arriving and being there for about 5 mins.

bed and pillows not exactly comfortable but because I had 4 pillows it made that better. did find some hairs in the shower in the morning that were unfortunately left on the shower walls.

Our room on the third floor was clean, quiet, and comfy as expected. Everything worked as expected.

Tremendous all-encompassing marijuana smell all over the first floor, including the lobby area. Clearly guests were lighting up in their rooms despite this being a 'non-smoking' hotel. Management needs to address this and end this or they will lose patrons. We could not stay and eat our complementary breakfast due to the horrendous pot smell. This simply should not be for a well-rated place like this.

Location was excellent, Free use of Laundry was a plus.

Ample parking is seeded, Should not have Tub's I was surprised should be walk-in shower. Upgrade of Toliets is needed new units are much higher. Not Honoring IHG points because I booked with a 3rd party is not cool...

Friendly desk person, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and quick hot water; free ample parking. I didn't use kitchenette but it seemed well-equipped - burners, dishwasher and dishes, microwave, full size fridge. Big closet.

Odd things, like no hooks in bathroom to hang towels to dry, and bathrobes. Towels are in the cabinet on other side of bathroom from shower, so had to get towel first, and put it on back of toilet to reach after shower. No nightstand or charger on my side of bed, so I had to put phone and glasses on floor, and glass of water across room rather than on nightstand, which was rather inconvenient for what I thought was a higher price than I'd usually pay in Buffalo.

Wish there was breakfast, but it was explained to me that since this is an extended stay hotel it's not an option. However, I was able to easily get breakfast in the surrounding community. Great stay. Great staff.

No issues at all and this is my first stay at this Candlewood location. The room was a Queen one bedroom suite with kitchen. Cosy and very clean. Fantastic room.

The location was good for what we were doing in the area.

Control of the temperature in the room was a bit difficult - hard to keep it from being a bit too cool or too warm.

The staff member when we checked in was very friendly, he was very quick and nice. The room was well equipped and clean

The noise carries very easily and it was hard to sleep with the stomping above our room.
