I am a regular customer at CCH for many years. Even though the surrounding environment is chilling 16 celcius, the hotel staffs are exceptionally very warm and welcoming. kudos to the hotel management for providing their staffs ample of customer service work etiquette. I would like to express my appreciation to the House Keeping Dept for being honest and helpful during my recent stay at the hotel, since my son had left his phone under blanket in room 825. The House Keeping PIC (SHIRA) contacted me and solved the problem by shipping the phone back safely. Thank you very much. anyway, the breakfast and F&B staff are good and nice for families.

My family got disturb by something in room and parking basement..in my room its still ok,just something want to tell me that it was there and I can handle it..but parking basement got really problem,something really disturb my son,he will cry loudly everytime entering parking basement..need to do something like rukiah,azan..

The apartment is big for a family. Very comfortable

I came check in at 3pm. However, i only got my room at 4 or 4 plus pm. I got to wait longer time for me to have my rooms. This supposed not to be happened at all.

Close to Kea Farm, it's too easy to shop for vegetables and fruits and souvenirs. It only takes five minutes to walk from the hotel. No need to worry anymore about getting parking in crowded places. It is a very suitable accommodation for visitors whose main purpose is to shop for garden and farm produce.

The accommodation is right on the edge of a very high cliff, dangerous in the event of a landslide. The hallway leading to the apartment is quite bad and not repaired, spoiling the view. As a visitor, I want something better than the atmosphere at home. We leave the house to enjoy a better atmosphere. In the room, the curtains are all wrinkled not scrubbed. dusty and chipped cup. Towels are not available. All of that should be available once the booking is confirmed.

It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They made check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious. Eventhough there is no aircon,i can till feel the cold atmosphre and I had the best night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect close to all the attractions, and had a really nice view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect

I encountered a significant issue that affected my stay. The biggest problem was the clogged sink in the bathroom. It took a long time for the water to drain

Easy check in and check out. No deposit needed for the access card. 2 access card given for each rooms we booked. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and shower. Parking accessible via elevator. Breakfast available if you are willing to pay more. Nice location - near KEA farm

No laundry bag provided for my room but my parents room has it. Toiletries not provided, bring your own toothbrush, shampoo, and shower gel. Internal parking lot is limited, if it's full need to park far away. Toilet in the lobby is quite far to go to, it's after the cafe and secluded I check in at midnight quite scary for me.

I always love the breakfast there

I was a regular customer at this hotel. I was really satisfied with everything with the hotel, the room, the staff, the location etc. However, for the first time I stayed at room with a toilet that not being clean properly, especially toilet bowl. There was some left over inside fridge. I am sensitive to dust, and that night I had rashes while sleeping on the bed. I was afraid that even the bedsheet did not being washed properly.

1)the downfall was the indoor swimming closes early. Open from 9am-5.30pm. It should close at 7 or 8pm. 2)breakfast selection could be better. The harsh brown was hard like stone. It was precooked and cold. 3)besides coffee and tea for breakfast, maybe can add fruit juice as well. 4)the roads around the hotel in very bad condition. Should at least patch the pot holes. 5)toilet ceiling need to touch up. Paints are peeling off.

I BOOKED FEW TIMES PREVIOUSLY. BUT WE STAYED AT THE APARTMENT THIS TIME, AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT – I COULD EASILY WALK TO KEA FARM AND THE ALPACA & SHEEP FARM. THE BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC, AND ONE OF THE BEST PARTS WAS BEING ABLE TO PARK MY CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT DOOR. IT WAS SO CONVENIENT! ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS KICK MY LUGGAGES AND BAGS FROM CAR THROUGH THE DOOR TO GET INSIDE!!!! HAHA!!! JOKESSS. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY!

1 STAFF AT THE CAFÉ IGNORED ME WHEN I ASKED IF THE SAUSAGES WOULD BE REFILLED. HE NEGLECTED MY QUESTION AND JUST WALKED AWAY PAST ME AS IF I WERE INVISIBLE. IT’S QUITE RUDE, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE CLEARLY NOTICED ME SINCE WE MADE EYE CONTACT FOR A FEW SECONDS MEANS HE CLEARLY NOTICED ME. HE IS THE PERSON BRINGING A TROLLEY FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE BUFFET AREA. AT LEAST, HE COULD ANSWER, APOLOGIZED, AND EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING THE SUPPLIES. ALL STAFF IS GOOD AND NICE, JUST THIS 1 MAN. I’M NOT SURE WHAT’S WRONG WITH HIM. HE LOOKS LIKE A FOREIGNER, AND I DON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH FOREIGNERS—JUST WITH THIS 1 MAN.
