Staff was very good. Tend to your needs...location was stunning.
One unit, the AC, wasn't working well but we were provided with electric fans to help with the problem.

First of all we DELIVERED OUR BABY IN THE ROOM. The staff was super pleasant and helped us clean and didnt charge for the towels or sheets. We stayed with the newborn a few more days. The room is beatiful and spacious, with hardwood floors and wooden furniture. Everything is clean and very well maintained. It is a very quiet place, has a nice, kid friendly pool and is right beside the beach. They also let us bring our dog.

We spent two nights in a bamboo bungalow, simple but very clean, with water dispenser and fan. A mosquito net would have been welcome. Shared bathroom. But "as I am a foreigner" they locked one of the public bathrooms for our exclusive use. We booked also the breakfast in advance, luckily because the restaurant was closed. We ordered the evening before from a large list of Filipino and Continental breakfast choices, excellent. The owner and the staff were very nice.
The place is difficult to find because the sign on the national road has lost nearly all the color. The restaurant was closed. They should have informed us in advance, because the nearest shops or restaurants are in Bayawan. They accept also events, which can be annoying. While we were there, there was a birthday party, but luckily without music and karaoke.

I love the cleanliness of the place and the polite and approachable staff.
I like the place as a whole except that there's no microwave oven available when it says that there is. Also, the shower and its heater is not functioning well.
