Marijana and her staff were kind, attentive, and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, new, pristinely clean, and well stocked with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The bathroom and kitchen are well designed and brand new. The bed upstairs is perfectly comfortable. The location is 10/10.

The couch is much more comfy to sleep on if you leave it folded up, and don’t forget your eye shades as it is bright when the sun comes in the skylights in the morning.

Another old town charmer in the BEST location ever… right at the edge of the waterfront promenade slightly away from the main road and directly below many incredible coffee spots and wine bars right on the waters edge… and a jacuzzi spa on the balcony to soak up every last drop of magical energy ….BOOK IT!

Really friendly host Christian. Showed us everything when we arrived, we could have wine downstairs if we wanted and there was no problem contacting him through Whats app and he replied fast. Even allowed us too use the laundry machine to clean our clothes and dry them :)

warm welcoming, very central location in Sibenik, very good isolation from noise outside, beds are comfortable and can be put apart or together, rooms are tastefully designed and decorated

from rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4, there is no access to the pergola. Only the upper room has access to the pergola.

Fantastic location just off the sea front in the old part of town. Kristijan, who we dealt with on location, was so helpful and friendly. It all made for a stress free holiday break. We'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff, lovely reception from Kristijan who was very helpful with luggage and providing all the information we could wish for. Location was great, close to bars and restaurants.

Had a slight issue with the air conditioning unit, had to turn it back on a couple of times throughout the night. Probably my error, but wasn't obvious how to resolve it. Found the WiFi to be a bit slow and unresponsive when trying to stream Netflix on the smart TV. Minor issue that didn't stop us from enjoying the accommodation.

I chose this hotel by chance and was very pleasantly surprised. Clean cozy room, nice hotel and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Kristijan, who helped me solve all the issues with the transfer, recommended restaurants, etc.

We had a warm welcome when arriving. Very nice, spacious room, beautiful breath room with good shower. room was dark, which we appreciated. Also a good bed. But the location was absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the old town only some steps away from the Cathedral. Would not hesitate a bit to go back.

Because of a wedding we had some troubles getting to the hotel with the car and accessing the parking. This is of course not the hotel’s fault.

We recommend you pay the extra for the parking space. The villa is located right on the sea front 😃in the old town and very easy to find but parking is very hard to get. Access to the building/room is electronic via a pin pad and code so no worry about losing key cards or keys

There is nothing to not like the place is stunning the only comment I have and I must stress it’s not a criticism at all, is that the shower door needs some maintenance due to the fixings the screws need tightening.

A very good location within walking distance of famous churches, attractions and the bay, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are kind and friendly and provide a lot of travel information. We will back again.
