Michaela, the owner, is an amazing host! She's extremely attentive to all the small details and anticipates the needs of the guests in many situations. The breakfast is delicious, packed with high-quality nutrients and products, and the serving is impeccable! The guest house and rooms are super warm and clean, and the staff is taking care of the rooms on a daily basis, even for shorter term stays. Per overall, I saw someone kind and hardworking who runs their business like their own house, with great attention to details and creates a welcoming and cozy atmosphere! I highly recommend this stay!

Michaela and her team are fantastic hostal. The hotel is a charming boutique hotel 2 minutes away from Ramsau station. Our breakfast was fantastic, freshly made scrambled eggs with delicious fruit, muisli, and yogourt. Michael Takeshi care of little details that made us feel at home. We will come back!

The hotel is amazing in terms of cleanliness, staff and breakfast. They serve drinks in the evening and have heated ski boot holders to dry out after a day on the slopes.

The hotel doesn't have a huge amount of resteraunts around but enough for a short stay, any longer and you might need to repeat eating options. The hotel is also on a main road which means you cant open a window at night without hearing traffic.

Perfect location and great staff - always helpful, very friendly and responsive. Great breakfast and the hotel's interior and exterior have been made with much attention to detail! View from balcony was magnificent - I can wake up every day to this view!

There was some noise from the street from passing cars, but we knew in advance that the hotel is close to road. It didnt cause any discomfort as you are getting used to it quickly.

A bit expansive (normal for Tirol), breakfast is nice but more for adults than kids. But food was tasty.

Breakfest was great. Hotel was clean and beautiful. The hostess Ema was always very kind and friendly.

Emma is so kind, she kept asking if we miss something, the breakfast were so tasty and rich, the room was clean and the whole hotel is very stylish and cosy. We will definitely choose Emma's place again.
