Great breakfast (guests that have paid for breakfast can choose from a fee dishes, we tried all the options and they were all great!). The location is very convenient and the stuff is extremely nice! We booked the smallest rooms and got what we paid for, since we did not stay at the hotel much of the time (Bangkok is a place to live! :D) it was sufficient.

The rooms could be a bit better upkept.

The hotel is very well located. The room is simple but cosy and clean. We had no issues with noise or disturbances at any time and always felt safe throughout our stay.

The hotel was definitely value for money. I really enjoyed the breakfast and other dishes at the on site restaurant. The hot showers were consistent and the air conditioner worked well. I also liked that I could walk to the Chao Priya river promenade. It's easy to get the express boat to other attractions and there's a park nearby. There are a few 7/11's nearby. It's convenient to try different restaurants and coffee shops. You're close to the grand palace and a few other temples that aren't crowded.The staff were helpful.

It's a bit noisy, and it's not really the hotel's fault but the guests get sloshed and I was woken up at 2 AM on my last night by some guy trying to get into the room and I had to shout repeatedly it's the wrong room. At least I can say the hotel's locks and doors are strong enough to keep people like that out. The internet is rather slow unfortunately. I used my phone as a hotspot and that worked better. It's not close to the BTS but Grab is super convenient to get around.

Great location and good price and good room

very comfortable, well designed. the staff and management are super friendly and considerate - they let me check in a bit earlier, and let me check out an hour later when I accidentally overslept. there’s also a restaurant in there with great food nice service and 10% discount for the hotel guests

worth mentioning it has five floors and no elevator, it shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re not used to stairs for yourself. the staff was kind and offered help with getting my baggage to my room but I had no need for help. also after booking you get a letter from the hotel giving a kind warning about the stair thing. overall - great place! (thin walls? I’m a heavy sleeper I didn’t mind)

Excellent location near the tourist boat pier to catch boat to MANY locations with a single or all day pass. Tuk tuks right outside if needed. ATM, street food, khaosan road, laundry service, massage spa, souvenir shops, 7 eleven, restaurants, all walking distance if not next door to hotel. Hotel staff was amazing, kind, and helpful. You can set up tours at the lobby or just a few feet outside at the tour agency and even schedule airport taxi, all will pick you up right in hotel lobby. I'd stay here again. I didn't mind bc I like firm beds, just be aware beds are extra extra firm. Quiet for me once everything downstairs shut down, room was clean.

I loved everything about Khaosan Art Hotel. The location is the best in Bangkok as the streets around this hotel are so cool and have all the great restaurants and shops. Plus it is right near the beautiful Chao Phraya River. The restaurant is really good and the facilities are quite clean and nice as well. Especially considering the value of this hotel. Most importantly, the service of the girls at the front desk is absolutely the best. I needed some extra assistance while I was there and they really helped me like I was family. I’ll always appreciate their kindness and service. I’ve already rebooked and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bangkok.

I love the Khaosan Art Hotel!

Right from the start, let me say I stayed there alone and spent the whole day out, exploring. The accommodation has an amazing location. It's super close to the ferry, really just a short walk. Khao San Road is about a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. If you're only looking for a place to sleep and don't plan to spend the whole day indoors, this is a great spot. Downstairs next to the reception, there’s a restaurant with very helpful staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The food there was good. The reception is open 24/7, and they can easily call you a taxi at 5 AM if you need to get to the airport. A taxi from the hotel to either airport costs 500 ฿ (personal car), but if you need a larger vehicle, the price will be higher. The taxi arrived within 10 minutes (I called for it at 5:30 AM).

The only downside for me was that I didn’t have a window to the outside, and the air in the room at night was terrible. There is functional air conditioning, but I don’t like sleeping with it on. So the only negative was the air, along with the heat and humidity at night.

Great for a night or two, great location next to Phra Athit Road, so fast transfer to buses, local and airport. 7 11 outside hotel for added convenience. Rooms adequate for price, with a fridge which is a bonus. Bathroom functional enough. Got a good nights sleep and room dark enough wiith a decent Aircon. Restaurant is ok, with reasonable Thai dishes and a discount for guests. The chill out area is a bonus for relaxing after check out, and heading on elsewhere.

Some rooms clearly better than others, worth comparing as the potential for noisy guests here disturbing sleep is a possibility.

Good Location. Very quiet on the street side but on the other end you was almoast at the famous Khaosan road. On daytime you can walk from Hotel straight through a temple and are on the Main Spot. Good choices of different breakfast Meals you could choose till 11:30 AM. 24/7 reception who could help you with everything. Clean for the condition of the hotel. 7/11, laundry, exchange, shops, bars, restaurants,.. all in reach of 30 yards

Hard bed. Here people on the corrodor running and light in the corridor is always on. Bath was only 1 big cell with some moldy silicone. No Lift, my room was in 4th (iam young but for older people can be heavy)
