A very nice hotel, my only favorite hotel in Ganja in fact. I keep returning there over time. Very clean rooms, super smiley and helpful staff, a decent restaurant with a nice adjacent bar to sip delicious Illy coffee. Nice breakfast? With a choice of Ganja’s delicious diary products.

It would be great to also have a small gym area there -but then I guess this place will be just a Heaven. Also, coffee they serve at breakfast is just instant coffee poured into the pots. It’s a shame that you have to pay extra at the bar next door if you want brewed, proper coffee instead of that instant coffee. This is a problem of many hotels throughout the regions of Azerbaijan, where hotels have coffee machines but at breakfast they only serve instant coffee unless you pay an extra fee for the machine coffee.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with very good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing and the on site restaurant is excellent and very well priced for a hotel restaurant, on par with pricing in the city. We highly recommend you have one dinner here! On some nights you’ll hear great live authentic Azerbaijan music.

Suggest to add some more variety to the breakfast. A selection of yogurts would be great and some healthy toppings for yogurt such as oats or granola. Would also recommend checking the showers for any clogs to ensure they drain properly. Our shower drained very slowly but in the end not a big deal for us, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic.

From the warm reception at check-in by GM Vusal and his team, to the spacious room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the furniture practical and elegant. Spotlessly clean. We had a corner room, with windows on two sides providing plenty of light. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was another very positive surprise. Warm, elegant ambiance, varied menu, competent service, very good food; as they say, the "cherry on the cake".

Not a critic, just a suggestion for improvement: in my opinion the breakfast buffet, though by no means bad in its present form, could be improved. I just felt it didn't live up to the expectations raised by the excellent dinner.

Cleanliness was perfect. There were all required stuff in the room. Staff was very kind and even kindly agreed to accept us to the hotel before check-in time due to early arrival to the city. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ganja.

The only thing I didn't like was that we were returning from a wedding party at night time and right at the hotel entrance (outside) part there were few guys asking for money. I understand that beggars can be everywhere, however, these guys were not beggars and while smoking and in proper outfit were asking money to buy some food for themselves. I honestly didnt like it and felt unsecure and I think hotel should take measurea to make sure such people are not disturbing guests.

Thr staff was amazing. They gave my little son some cookies and were smiling all the time. Super friedly and helpful. Our kids were surprised by the size of the room. They said it's definitely the biggest room where they recently stayed :) The hotel is renovated, modern, the shower was great. The lounge music was amazing , really relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and nice. Nothing extra, but al you need. Coffee and tiramisu at the bar were delicious.

I didn't like the sound of cars in the evening and the fact that although there were so many windows, you could open only one of them. Due to these two issues, one star off. But still superb!

A new accommodation that furnished well and fit to purpose; staff were amazing and keen to help. The room and all area were sparkling clean, quality of breakfast and food for dinner were great. We tried the waitress recommended pomegranate wine, it was from Ganja area and and very special - natural & rich with pleasant flavors. At the nigh a local band was performing folkloric songs, we really enjoyed. The accommodation was also so sustainable, recycling batteries was interesting.

Everything was great, we just stayed too short, diffidently will stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city. The premises are kept tidy and the STAFFS PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The breakfast buffet offers ample choices and is well-presented and the website photos accurately represent the reality. During my stay, I enjoyed a pleasant view of the snow-capped mountain. If I have the opportunity to visit Ganja again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel once more.

For us, a 75 and 80 year old couple the location was fine. Right on a main thoroughfare that we followed to some historic buildings and good restaurants. It was a 25 minute walk for us, but we try to walk 5 miles or more everyday. The hotel is luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast is large and diverse. We loved breakfast. The staff was very attentive. What really made the place stand out are the male and female who worked the main desk in the lobby. The woman is Maryam and I'm so sorry that I can't remember the gentleman's name. They were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good English. I dare say we became friends with them and made it a point to stop and say hello. They recommend a traditional restaurant to us that was off the beaten track. We never would have found it on our own. Four customers at that restaurant, who couldn't speak English paid for our dinner, just because we were visiting their country. (We are from the U.S.) They touched our hearts. Our time in Ganja was delightful and memorable thanks to the staff at the hotel and the warmth of the Azerbaijani people.

the coffee was a little weak I suspect that's because the Azerbaijanis are tea drinkers. the tea was delicious.

the people who worked there, the food it was a luxury restuarant with a low prices, the location, the view from my room and also my room decoration. it was identical to the pictures. thanks to Ramal Bahadur and the other staff i forgot there names but realy we had a very beautiful stay becaude of them.

Quite high-end, comfortable hotel with many amenities and awesome breakfast with many hot and cold meals choices. Bathroom has got many features, it was clean and modern. Extremely helpful, friendly staff.

Nothing that I noticed, that I would put as a negative for the hotel, except maybe location is slightly far away from the city centre than I initially expected.
