The apartment is pretty and very clean. I stayed there for 2 weeks and got a room upstairs with a view. Kitchen equipment is basic, but you can order full equipment for a low fee. Anyway it won’t be much needed, the room has 20m2, so there is no space for a table and chairs.. but it fits for a breakfast and sth small inbetween. For my case it was just perfect. There’s everything provided you might need, washing machine, dryer, washing line, microwave, kettle…. Bathing equipment, hair dryer etc. The hotel is opposite the Chinese garden, there’s a bus stop. Walking to the monorail is about 10min. Around 5min walking to the beach. The staff was very polite and helpful.

they mention that has a kitchen (stove) but it doesn’t include any pan or even cutlery. also the use of plastic to cover ceramic bowls or plates (not sustainable)

The features are fantastic. Basically an extremely well furnished weekly mansion. Fancy bathroom, big bed, big table. No complaints. It's also close to a strip mall of restaurants in Matsuyama, which have much to offer.

It's a little inconvenient location wise if you want easy access to the beach and/or touristy areas, being about a 15 minute walk from Naminoue beach and Kokusai Dori. Considering the price however, I think it's fair to overlook this.

Location was good since very close to kokusai dori and Tomari ferry port. Also hotel was very clean and had many facilities for comfort. We had washing machine with dryer and kitchen where we could cook our own food. The only thing to be careful is to inquire for cooking utensils before and have to pay 540 yen. They change your towels every day but no cleaning is provided even if you are staying for around a week.

They charged us extra for using cooking utensils, could have been included in hotel price and no washing machine detergent provided.

Very nice place outside the noisy part of Naha, but in easy walking distance. Bus T02 from the airport gets you there in 10 minutes, and its easy to get busses to other places on Okinawa or walk to the ferry terminal. The room was great - it even had a kitchenette and a washing machine and a dryer. It was super clean and checkin and out was easy enough. Great value for money - would stay again if I return to Okinawa

Very good location. There is a supermarket near the place. Easy access to the closet beach and Naha city center. They have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, which is very handy when you want to try your beach wear in this humid weather.

There is a small bar in the front, if you are noise sensible then maybe request a higher floor when booking. The room might have a little bit of humid smell at the beginning but not a big issue.

It’s an amazing place! Located very close to the airport (10 min by bus), 15 min on foot to there’re port and to the city center! Many convenience shops around as well. The place is very spacious, with all the amenities including fridge, washing machine and dryer, kettle, microwave and stove where you can literally cook. It’s very clean! Would definitely stay there again if ever coming back to Okinawa island.

Such a good and comfortable stay ! Room (double bed) is spotless clean, modern and stylish, very well designed and equiped. Matress and bedding are very fine and comfy, balcony available. Check-in was easy (in person, with nice staff). Located right in the center, close to everything with many food and grocery options around.

I'd put a little more of kitchenware included (minimal cuttlery, wine glass and opener, scissors...), laundry detergent, a reading light or 'autonomous lamp', and most of all a real chair (also reclining for reading / relaxing / napping ?) with a little table for eating properly (could be conveniently used also for working with a laptop or as a desk). With that, it'll be a well deserved 10 mark !

facilities including washing machine, dryer, vacuum , this reduces alot of burden when returning back to home country and we do not need to do laundry. love it. Quiet corner and full of great izakaya nearby.

small bed which me and my partner tried to squeeze in. we had hard time to fall asleep due to the size of the double bed. the hotel does not provide bigger bed
