Very spacious and clean. Perfect for a longer stay, you even have a kitchen and cooking supplies. Good mattress.

Air conditioning is to noisy to keep it running during night time. I recommend to turn on right after arrival to have a nice temperature before turning it off at night.

Although I did not use the kitchenette, this is a very good aparthotel. The room was super clean, and also big, I could also exercise in the morning. The bathroom was also excellent, spacey, and most importantly there was enough water in the shower, which is rare. The breakfast was not included in the price, I ordered it and did not regret it. The staff is not only kind but also funny. The receptionist is a linguist, I heard him speak Spanish fluently, and he also knew some words in Hungarian which was surprising. They offer a free ticket for public transport! (Not for the first time in Geneva.) They guide you to the hotel from the airport! Amazing.

This is a friendly hotel with a good location in Geneve city center. The people working, from manager to lobby staff, were all so friendly, smiling, helpful. They offered free coffee and tea all the time in lobby area. Plus, if it’s rainy they offer umbrellas, they offer clean towels&slippers any time you want during your stay, also free public transport card is a bonus. Rooms were so comfy; especially the studios. Fully equipped Mini kitchens were useful; you might do market shopping and eat anything in your room during your stay. It was few stops with tram departing just outside the hotel to reach city center. Also a nice and short walk is possible.

Room 70 is amazing--long entryway with kitchenette and great bathroom. A large living room/seating area with an alcove for teac/coffee, and then a separate very comfortable bedroom. The reception desk is always represented by a friendly, professional person who is generally interested in making one's stay wonderful. The tram is right outside the hotel--was super easy to get everywhere. To walk from the hotel in 20-25 minutes, you are at the lake already. . . . incredible value for money for business stays or longer stays in Geneva than 3-4 days because of the well-stocked kitchenette--everything you need!

The hotel is located in very nice neighborhood, next to the tram station and well connected with the city center and UN premises. Rooms are recently renovated, nicely furnished and sparkling clean.

Cleaning is not provided daily. The same goes for replacement of sheets, towels and hygiene products. The reception is not available 24/7. Due to the several steps at the entrance and heavy elevator doors, the hotel is not recommended for persons with disabilities or those who cannot deal with heavy luggage without additional help.

Great place, with direct access to trams that take you in a few minutes to the city center.

The breakfast was ok, some grater selection of meat cuts (chicken, turkey, fish) and more vegetables would be nice.

Lovely friendly hotel, short tram ride. or walkable in 20 minutes or so, from the beautiful old town/lake. Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early, which was great! Free Geneva tourist travel card organised ahead of our arrival. Well equipped studio with everything we needed to cook for ourselves.

Our room was on a high floor near the rear of the hotel, but we could still hear the traffic, it is on a main road. The individual a/c unit was very noisy, it would have been difficult to sleep had we kept it on but luckily it was a cool night so we switched it off.

The hotel has met our expectations. The most important places for us were located close to each other, and the free ticket for public transport made it easier for us to move around Geneva. The tram stop is located in front of the hotel, which is a huge advantage of the hotel, especially when you come back after a long day. The room with a kitchenette was very clean, and for me it is one of the most important things in the hotel. Very nice and helpful hotel staff who approach each client individually (before I arrive I asked for two additional pillows and waited for us in the room; D)

Cosy, well equipped room with kitchenette and all basic equipment. The hotel personel is ultra helpful. Breakfast is basic, but everyone can find something tasty :) and good coffee machine with delicious coffee for hotel guests throughout the day is a big plus. Location at the tram stop and close to the center is just perfect! We would choose it for our next visit as well.

For those who are ultra sensitive to noise and staying in the room during the day, the traffic might be heard.
