I really enjoyed the fact that the apartment is in the historic center and you can reach any tourist attraction in time. The accommodation has many facilities, from a kitchen full of dishes, cutlery and pots, to a jacuzzi in the room that I used with great pleasure. In the future I will definitely come here for an unforgettable holiday!

Clean, perfect location and easy.

Location was great just right in the historical center but on the border of the ZTL zone. Room has a nice decoration and it is comfortable and clean. Kitchenware is supplied. Anitta does the check-in and she gives you all the instructions. Breakfast is the italian one, which means "simple": just a croissant, one coffee or cappucino and a glass of juice and it is on a nice coffee shop close by (right on the corner). I could have a gluten free option anyway. There are plenty of restaurants close by. There is a small balcony with a useful clothesline.

The parking instructions were not useful. Even though the location is on the border of the ZTL as it is inside the historical center, the near free parking spaces were always completely full and the ones close by were charged by the hour. Very expensive. In the end we found a free parking space distant a 15-minute walk. As it was very hot during the day, it was not very pleasant. We also missed some hangers in the bathroom.

We have just spent three nights at this amazing boutique hotel, from the moment we booked the communication and service was five star, the room was spacious and of a lot higher standard than the price we actually paid. a stunning roof terrace to relax and sunbathe was also part of the room. as for the area you are right in the heart of the town minutes to the sea, bars and restaurants. highly recommended for your Monopoli vacation stay. Hotel like museum. Breakfast like Italian.

Super location. Small room but still had a bed, fridge, hob, small table & chairs & ensuite shower. Cute little balcony but not big enough to sit out on. Let us drop our luggage prior to check in which was really appreciated. Breakfast was around the corner in a cafe for a coffee, juice & croissant which was lovely. The room was tidied & fresh towels the next day. The lady that checked us in was very nice 🙂

Slight smell from the bathroom but suspect maybe the room wasn't used for a while or a drain issues outside of the control of the property.

Anita was very welcoming and gave us a lot of good information. We were a little frazzled as our flight was 4 hours delayed putting us to the room at 6:45. We were able to have good communication when we realized our flight was delayed and she was very kind when we got there. The room was so charming . Loved all the details especially lighting. Location was exceptional. Felt like a fairy and loved being able to walk to everything , especially the beaches.

It was hard to get enough hot water for jacuzzi . Had to stop and wait a lot to fill it. It was very warm upstairs. Shower not most convenient but fine.

Everything was excellent! From the communication before we arrived, to meeting Anita, who was very friendly and super helpful, to our accommodation. Everything was on point. The accommodation was beautifully decorated. There was everything you could need. Lots of places to dine. Parking was free. You just had to drive around to find the free parking spots, or you could pay to park closer to the accommodation. Monopoli is gorgeous and warm. We visited in November, and people were still swimming in the sea.

That we only stayed two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We came here to visit the city with my boyfriend from Holland. Everything was so clean perfect and cute. The best part of all the apartments is the terrace and the small balconies. From The terrace you can admire the beauty of the location, the attention to the surroundings and details the owner chose. We will come back again, for sure. Many thanks from Nastassia and Bruno.

Great location in the heart of Puglia. Easy access to the main speed road in the region. City center is clean like new. The port is visitable and you can rent boat tours. Bistros, Pasticceria and restaurants are spread out throughout the city center, Breakfast is served at bistros nearby if you get the breakfast deal from the property, then you will get the chance to try some of them. The property was large enough for a family of 3. All apartments were using two stories of the building. We were lucky to get the rooftop terrace and kitchenette one, which was amazing. We recommend you try La Baia Monopoli for a treat whit fish food snacks and sandwiches.

Property does not offer an option for long term car parking. Parking is in low supply in the city center for white lines. The majority are blue lines pay parking spots.
