Location is perfect, easy to walk anywhere and right next to Shelter which has really good food, it also has a well kept gym with a nice view to the water and activity centre. The tv has Prime and netflix so you can log into your account and watch, good wifi for wfh, nice toiletries so no need to carry your own shampoo, soap, etc. Staff was helpful, friendly and overall very nice. It has parking and is very easy to find.

Balconies are only divided with a thin.. divider? So you can hear the conversations next to you very easily, same for the rooms if there's furniture moving or people walking on the top room you will hear it.

Great location situated just above the water front looking out over the bay. We had a fun and successful boat tour to see black bears, sea otters, seals and eagles organised by the onsite Adventure Centre. The onsite restaurant, Shelter, was very professionally run, offering great food at sensible prices; a great place to watch the sunset and the resident sea lion pottering about amongst the boats.

It’s about 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and the main supermarket and liquor store. The rooms looked over a car park, but were high enough to mean this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the view.

The boutique hotel we stayed at was an absolute gem, combining modern luxury with an intimate, cozy atmosphere. Exercising with such a breathtaking backdrop added a whole new dimension to our fitness routine. It was one of the best hotel gyms we've ever used, perfectly blending functionality with aesthetic appeal. The people at the hotel were genuinely great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and they were always eager to share tips and recommendations to enhance our stay. Overall, we liked the hotel a lot. It managed to seamlessly blend luxury with comfort, providing an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. Whether it was the beautifully designed rooms, the excellent dining, or the outstanding gym facilities, every element contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, clean, and luxurious getaway with excellent service and amenities.

Friendly staff with great care. We took the seaplane so it’s really easy for us to get to the hotel. The room is well set for most comfort and the bed is very comfortable and I had the best sleep. The laundry is complimentary.

It a little further to the CBD about 15 minutes walk but not too bad. The TV is not smart TV, no YouTube or Netflix. Our room is on ground floor and the view is the parking lot. Also we can hear the upstairs tenant walking, drainage sound of shower and toilet flushing.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a HUGE bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The bed was very comfortable, the sofabed less so. The lounge area was very spacious and comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Plenty of coffee and tea, a small fridge and a coffee maker too. There was marina view (through the car park) but unfortunately for us it rained the entire time we were there so we couldn't really appreciate the view and surroundings as much as we had hoped. You could see that it would have been spectacular in the sunshine. There was a gym and a restaurant, neither of which we used. We walked to Spice Hut for an indian meal, absolutely fantastic. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel.

I really appreciated the time front desk took to help ease my mind and explain my bill! Also the views, shelter restaurant as suggested by staff, and overall welcoming experience ensures we will be back. Just for more of an adventure next time!

The only thing that could have been better was better discounts on adventures or more affordable ones. It would have been cool to even have a small hour boat tour for a few hundred dollars for 2 people. Also a small discount shared between shelter would also be super great.

The location is the best in Tofino 😊 It overlooks a cute marina with a lovely restaurant called Shelter just in front of the water. Everything feels cozy and welcoming even though we were mostly under the rain! If you've got the budget, go for it, the rooms with balcony and view are perfect, clean, tidy and with an amazing bed and small goodies such as coffee and tea included ~

Maybe a tiny heater on the balconies would be great so we can enjoy it later at night when it gets cold in Tofino! For future construction upgrades, consider making the walls a bit thicker. I could hear people caughing 2 rooms away 🙃 but nothing major.

Some miscommunication upon booking, we were told that there weren’t any rooms available but then we were able to book via booking.com. All very confusing, none of the staff seemed to know what was going on, and meant that we had to move rooms between the two night stay.

Our room had a good size, and we liked the fact that we were on street level and able to park the car right in front of our room. Bathroom and amenities are excellent. The bed was very comfortable and big. Liked the wide brim around it as it made it comfortable to sit on the bed and rest your feet there. Location right at the harbour is fantastic and having the Shelter restaurant right there is extremely convenient. Also easy to book excursions like a whale watching tour.

Quite simply, this is a fantastic location! The resort places you at the heart of all that is wonderful about Tofino. The scenery is stunning!

A minor observation is that, if you arrive by seaplane, it is not obvious where the hotel reception is. A sign on the marina would be really helpful. Also, the way up to the reception from the marina is quite steep and is a bit challenging with luggage. A member of staff to meet and greet new guests on the marina and provide assistance with luggage would be a good idea.
