The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. Location felt safe.

I wish the charge for "incidental damage" had been explained to me. It was very unclear and even when I asked for clarification, it was still unclear. Eventually, the gentleman at the desk explained it in a way I could understand. Also, there was a problem with the dead bolt lock on our room. Additionally, I wish some sort of breakfast had been included, instead of just an overpriced breakfast option to buy.

The staff was excellent. Megan checked us in and was very nice to chat with. She even comped us a few breakfast coupons, it was very much appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were very close walking trails that we took advantage of every morning.

The toilet was very low to the ground. It felt almost like a children's size toilet. The bathroom faucet handles were a little spongey to operate.

I like the 24/7 Access to the indoor pool. My daughter and I had a great time! Also, there where no bugs whatsoever, which is always a plus The temperature in the room was nice and comfortable with no issues

I did not like that I was not informed that they charge for breakfast prior to my stay. I am used to hotels giving complementary breakfast or no Breakfast at all.

THERE WAS A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM AND A FRIDGE. THE AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALL WELL. WAS AN AMAZING LOCATION. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND TIDY.

THERE WAS NOT AN OPTION FOR NEXTFLIX OR SMART TV. THE TOILETS WERE HARD TO FLUSH YOU HAD TO HOLD THE HANDLE DOWN FOR A WHILE. THERE WAS NO TV GUIDE YOU HAD TO CLICK THROUGH EACH CHANNEL.

We have stayed one time before great location friendly staff for most part only one person I could do without

Lady at front desk needs to be somewhere besides front...let me describe her....large lips, bottle blonde, fake eyelashes, couldn't stop talking to someone at hotel to help the guest with a bucket of ice...something that should never happen...

The location was good for us. The breakfasts were delicious, not not included in the stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Some of the desk staff were good and friendly, especially the woman on duty when we checked in on Thanksgiving afternoon. Others were less friendly and receptive. All did their job but not with the same sense of wanting to be helpful to guests.

The location was great and easy to manage. I worked in the area so It was not congested which was a plus.

I had a hard time checking in as the front desk was spelling my name wrong and for ten minutes I was panicked. The breakfast was ok but the person over it was hovering so bad it made me uncomfortable.

The front desk Megan was out of this world amazing! She was happy, smiling and very accommodating! The breakfast was great, ac was super cold, the heat and pressure of the shower was on point! Would definitely stay again!

Pool was a bit small compared to the pictures on the website.

I think it was Meghan and Robert working when I arrived and I just adore them both! So welcoming, and just super nice both of them! Any questions I had they answered for me! I would 100% stay there again!

My stay was way beyond what I had expected. My check in was extraordinary. Very polite, professional and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. I received a much needed, comfortable r and r. The location was very assessable to everything that I needed and near my event location. Thank you very very much. if this is what I can expect from all of your locations, I will always book with you.

There needs to be more of these locations. More information about breakfast. More cable channels with channel guide. :-)
