Great location-near major highways. Helpful staff- booked me a similar room on highest floor for less noise and foot traffic. And front desk was always staffed. Delicious full breakfast- scrambled eggs and sausage EVERY DAY along with waffles, bread/pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals. French toast and bacon on some days, too. LAUNDRY!! - this was the tail end of a long trip for me and I was grateful for the use of their full size washer and dryer! Comfortable beds. Slept so well! In-room microwave and fridge. Looking forward to booking them again. (Not sure why booking.com is saying I’m from Canada. I’m from the good old USA.)

Location was quiet even though we were behind the Cracker Barrel and next to a highway. They upgraded us to a suite however it was more like an apartment. We had a separate full kitchen, living room, and a bedroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice!

It would have been nice to have some fresh ice water in the lobby. Especially for breakfast. Maybe infused with some lemon. We've stayed at other locations where they provided this along with a late afternoon and evening snack (ie: popcorn or cookies). Also since we had a kitchen in our room it would have been nice to have some plates and utensils to go along with the pot and pans/cooking utensils that were provided.

The room was perfect and to our expectations. However, I expected the carpet to be shampooed from time to time. Let me say that the staff at the front desk were excellent and went above and beyond in their help. Thank you, Kathy, for making us feel at home and for your kind help. I like to have the little refrigerator in the room.

Shampoo the carpet and have a little table one can sit/eat on.

The pillows were great. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the housekeeper took care of the towels and stuff is expected. Give him a thumbs up

Only one ice machine. The guy making the food in the morning seem like he was upset that people were taking more than they should have. Every morning pretty much the same thing. But to have that evil eye looking at you making you feel like you're taking one slice of toast too many was just cheap.

Our toilet seat was completely loose, as neither of the plastic screws that keep the toilet seat were tightened. I took it upon myself to finger tighten them the best I could to secure the movement of the seat. The other very noticeable issue was the sink faucet of in the bathroom was extremely loose, but not leaking. There was no way for me to tighten it.

The room was spany clean and we had enough towels for the three people in the room. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had coffee available before the 7AM breakfast start time, which I really appreciated. Check in and check out was easy with friendly representatives.

The room was sparsely furnished and didn't have enough lamps to provide light at night.

The room was spacious and clean. With a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, and Keurig machine in the room, it would have been nice to stay for more than one night. Also, if you are a fan of Dove beauty products, they have them available in the room for you to use.

The only complaint I have was how hard it was to turn the shower on. I had to call the front desk to have them turn it on for me. The handle to the shower faucet should be fixed in room 302.

The room was large, and my wife's knees needed the handicapped access. very comfortable bed, we unfortunately are recovering from type Flu and needed that good night's sleep. breakfast was good.

our GPS and road work caused a little trouble getting there.

Location was excellent -- one could zip in and on the Interstate -- veryconvenient. It was located in a shopping strip with two excellent restaurants within 1-2 minutes walk. Very handy! They had a good breakfast.

The room we got had absolutely NO decor -- not even a picture -- in the whole unit. Maybe it was because we got (but didn't ask for) the specially equipped disabled room. We didn't see any of the other rooms which might have been cheerier.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Bathroom has seen better days. Where the shower attaches to the wall is cracked and wobbley. Shower did not get hotter than lukewarm and the toilet paper holder was very rusty. Expected a bit more for the cost of stay.
