Very clean, silent, spacious, with everything you need inside the room. Washer and dryer were very nice. The mattress is hard, but I am fine with it. Location is conveniently close to the "main city" for lunch /dinner but far enough that it has less concrete all around. A car is a must, but I'd say that for the whole Island.

The only thing I disliked was that it was confusing separating the trash from combustibles to non-combustibles as there was really only one trash can and when you brought the trash downstairs it seemed to be all mixed up. A little effort to separate trash can go a long way in preserving the beauty of the island. We never saw anyone, but the check-in online by giving you a code worked. We were hoping they'd make the code valid as soon as the room is cleaned so they could offer early check-ins when possible.

Nice, spacious, clean With great amenities provided ( washer +dryer, kitchenette and great kitchen equipment and toiletries, ) awesome ocean view , good location , stayed on the5th floor- this was our second time in miyakojima and our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint.

The AC in the particular unit was quite weak and with the weather being so hot ( consistently over 32 c.) the temp got a bit uncomfy at times in the room not enough to complain for it to be fixed but enough to cause some annoyance and uncomfortableness—- the bed was also quite hard, could use a bit more softness and cushioning .. but that more a matter of preference I suppose- Otherwise no complaints😄

As a couple, the apartment/room was really great in terms of space, especially by Japanese standards. We also booked bicycles, a rice cooker and kitchen utensils separately, the latter is recommended if you want to prepare your own meals/ breakfast. It's probably better to hire a car when travelling and exploring the island, but for us it was also possible by bike. The air conditioning, washing machine and dryer on site were excellent. Personally, we loved the beds, as we prefer hard mattresses, but they might be too hard for some people, especially if you are a person who sleeps on their side.

It was really fantastic! Spacious, clean, with everything I needed, especially free washing mashine and dryer, which I used a lot. There's a google form to fill in when making the reservation and some things, such as kitchen kit, need to be paid extra. It's close to Sunset Beach- which is clean, with great showers and has a net, and by the time I arrived at this hotel, I really wanted a beach with a net, as the others ones have all been wild. The view from the room was peaceful (the sea), even I was on the 1st floor, but still. And it was also close to a lovely walking area with quiet spots for sunset view, and Pina Gama Beach. It's also close to several convenience stores and a big grocery store, yet away from too crowded areas... I also really liked to open the door room from my phone... Almost no contact needed with the staff, but they were around taking care of different things, and felt like parents taking care of home, somehow... even if they are young...:))

It is a very good place but it is more like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Staff was not always there ... when they were they couldn't speak English. That said, they did the best effort to communicate and help using translation apps

The property was very clean. We had everything we needed by renting the dishware and rice cooker - we made breakfast and dinner at the property. The building felt very secure. Washer and dryer were an added convenience.

The mattresses on the beds were very hard. We requested extra padding after the first night which helped a little. Everything was perfect accept the uncomfortable mattresses.

Room was huge, had a nice view looking out towards the water. Was easy walking distance to many restaurants and only a medium walk to the city with even more.

While everything else was fantastic for the price, the mattress was hard as a rock. Japanese mattresses usually run on the hard side but even my Japanese partner, who is never bothered by hard mattresses thought this one was incredibly hard.

The room was great. In suite laundry was a huge convenience. The place even had a couch to relax when the weather was bad. I rented an electric bike so the location was great. There is a super market 15 minutes away by foot as well.

Very affordable and functional apartment with view of the bay. The apartment actually felt big for Japan. We had everything we needed to cook and we had bicycles to ride around the island (cooking utensils and bikes must be rented from the hotel).

Unfortunately the island is much bigger than we expected, so we would have preferred the location of the hotel to be closer to either the town or to a beautiful beach.

The apartment is big and well equipped for self-sufficient stays (washing machine, detergent, drying rack, fabric refreshing sprays, microwave and two level fridge). The bed is comfortable and the sea view on the balcony is sublime. The paid rental kitchenwares and rice cooker are well adapted for making simple meals.

A wardrobe to store clothes can be helpful. More bike rental provisions would be great.
