The price was reasonable, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. Having a pool and a hot tub as amenities was a real plus. The bathroom was clean, and it was good to have a little refrigerator in the space.

The room we were going to stay in (first floor) had a very musty smell, and when we checked the bed covers, there were signs of bedbugs. Fortunately, the attendant put is in another room, but on the 2nd floor. Would have been nice to have an elevator to get up there, but it was way better than the 1st floor room.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly hello and got us checked in quickly. We asked for a room that would be as quiet as possible, and the request was fulfilled with no problems. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the updated room. The shower worked great. It did take a bit to get the water temperature adjusted as they provided very hot water. We settled in for the night, and the bed was very comfortable. We got up and went for breakfast. We found an adequate amount of food choices, and it was well stocked and kept clean. The food was your typical hotel breakfast. It was ok and got us on our way. Overall, it was a great place to stop for an overnight stay.

We thought the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There wasn't a big selection of TV channels to choose from.

Clean pet friendly room, puppy didn't find anything on the floor and had no desire to mark over another pet. Breakfast was good! Cleaning staff was friendly. Great area to let the pet explore and exercise after a long car ride.

When we entered the building to check in there weren't any staff members in the lobby area. I waited a minute and then said hello, a woman appeared and said "ring the bell, don't yell" and pointed to a small business size card with a smaller button the size of a pencil eraser on the counter. I had to laugh, like I had just been punked, but she was serious faced and gave us a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I had sent a message ahead of time saying we had a puppy in a cage but no one replied. We had to lug all our stuff up the stairs to the second floor and down the hall. Large pet area out back could use better lighting and easier to get to from the main part of the hotel. Probably won't stay again on our way back through.

OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE RETURNED THAT EVENING. OUR BEDS WERE NOT MADE AND WE DID NOT HAVE CLEAN TOWELS OR SOAP. WAS SURPRISED BY THAT. I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO CARRY MY LUGGAGE ETC UPSTAIRS. I ASKED ABOUT 1ST FLOOR BUT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. ELDERY AND PEOPLE WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS NEED TO KNOW THIS.

Me and my family stayed here for one night. I truly do not understand why this hotel is only 2 stars. They deserve 5. The location was perfect. It was quiet. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The carpet was spotless. The staff was very friendly. And the breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, 3 types of yogurt, cereal, donuts, coffee, and juices. I definitely recommend staying here.

I liked the breakfast, the decor in the hotel was a little dated but the service at the hotel was good. The location was very conveient to the interstate so it was easy to get there. And very happy that there was an Arby's accross the street to get a quick bite to eat.

The decor was a bit dated, the carpeting was a bit old, our room was at the top of the stairs so we had a lot of foot traffic going past us.

The staff were very helpful. There was no confusion on the facilities and layout of the hotel. The rooms were very clean, linen smelled clean, bathrooms were clean with shampoo and body wash available.

The facilities could use an upgrade. The dining area was a bit compact; it was crowded and I decided to eat in the lobby before taking more breakfast to the room. The pool was nice. That's it. If this helps the hotel get a bigger pool, so be it. It needs a bigger pool and hot tub.

Showers were NICE and HOT! Beds were great! Nice and quiet area and they gave me the room I requested. Breakfast was good!

Rooms are maybe a little outdated but that doesn't really matter to us as long as we get a good price, good hot showers and kind people and great breakfast!

Everything was excellent, my best stay of the summer. When checking in I got the option to pick a floor and my room was close to the entrance so no long walk. The beds were sooo comfortable, it was quiet. We would get back late at night so there was an option to get a pizza at the front desk. Friendly staff.

There were items left in our refrigerator and the door in our room had gaps all around the sides it didn’t provide a barrier for sound or protection from smoke/fire if there had been. Also we had a severe storm that left us with no power for several hours and the desk person had no idea what the procedure was for the guests. It sounded like she may not have been trained in that area.
