This hotel, was a good find for the value. Check in was friendly, and so was housekeeping. However, what made it a great find, was Ms. Sophie from the kitchen area. She was extremely helpful, very kind, and was more than willing to go the extra mile. Day 1, I woke right at 10A, but she allowed me to grab breakfast for the children and myself without rushing me, and did it with a smile, while giving me some tips and pointers on what to do in the area. Day 2, she was even more accomodating, and I did make it on time this go around. She had one of the best customer service attitudes I have seen in a very long time, and to shed light, I've worked in customer service management for well over 20 years. She is defintely a keeper, and she takes pride in her job, very personable. Ms. Sophie made our visit a great one just by her simple acts of kindness. She had no idea what type of day(s) I've been having, but she really made a difference in my visit. Thanks again Ms. Sophie for all you do! Keep up the fantastic work!

Eventhough Ms. Sophie was the greatest, there are some things this hotel can improve on. First, $100 for early check-in, really? I get it if it's early in the morning, but 1P and still charging $100, not for me. Secondly, the halls smelled of slight mildew, and so did my room, but my room was impeccably clean. I ran out and bought air freshner and carpet fresh, cleared my concerns. However, that shouldn't be the case, and last but not least, the COFFEE! Iknow it's free, and thank you for it, but maybe add some flavored creamers to help mask the taste, lol. I couldn"t believe, me, an avid coffee drinker, only had a few sips my entire weekend there.

didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. but the location was prefect

i arrived 2 hours early, went in just to use the restroom, but asked when was the earliest i can check in he told me 230. As i was walking out the restroom A couple came in to purchase a room. And he checked them end and everything. I a black lady so i guess that wasn’t good enough sad but true but other than that it was ok. I’m from out of town and that was very disappointing

Room and Hotel size. Hotel was quiet. Beds comfortable Cking in & out with ease

The room was not cleaned well. Water stains on furniture from cups. The bed skirt had white food? stains on it. Need more hot food like meats, grits etc Toilet way too low. The older population will have great difficulty sitting and getting back up. Turning from Main Street (Bell Road)onto the hotel street is very dangerous and congested. Need another way to the hotel and a more visible sign or weeds cut.

I personally liked the layout of the room we chose. It was very open and spacious. The staff in general was very kind. The beds were very comfortable. This had to have been one of the best motels I have ever stayed in would definitely return.

A couple of times, we were lied to. Nothing of major anything but still don't lie. The pool we were told was going to be open during our stay upon which it wasnt. My friends went down to eat breakfast and there was only cereal avaliable.

Ease of parking, jacuzzi tub in room and a very comfortable bed. Room was very clean.

It took longer than it should to check in. Desk clerk was super nice, but the room was prepaid. The room had a couch that was broken down. Had to pile extra pillows from the bed on it just to sit on the couch to watch tv. Missing lightbulbs and exposed electrical plug were noticed as well. Breakfast biscuits were very overcooked and hard. Staff member in the breakfast area. Wasn’t friendly at all. Ice machine on the 1st floor didn’t work. Indoor pool was drained and closed. Should have at least been told that at check in.

I really liked the lady that worked the breakfast in the mornings on Monday and Tuesday

I saw a roach in our room. Also we kept asking for towels and kept being told by housekeepers they don’t have any on the carts they were using so we would have to wait. Two hours later still no towels. The breakfast was good but they need to include some type of protein.

the property itself self was cool no complaints the jacuzzi tub was nice but the jacuzzi part wouldn’t stay on no longer than 1 min

Yall should specify that we need CASH to book for the deposit instead of waiting till folks come in and just telling them to go to an ATM

Our room was clean, the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was delicious.

The pool could have had a warmer to keep it from being ice cold, but we still swam and the hot tub was nice.

The breakfast was outstanding! The room was clean. The check-in person at the front desk was very friendly and personable.

They were in the process of remodeling which is a good thing since the carpet was horrid.The painters even dripped paint on the floor and the countertops but it was clean and quiet. Knowing all of this, I would gladly return.

The scrambled eggs were sitting in water. Like water sponge eggs. The waffle batter is too runny. Those are the only things that were awful.

Make the waffle batter thicker. & don’t add water to the bottom of the container that the eggs sit in. They were both kind of inedible.
