Location was perfect, the room and bed were comfortable and I loved the soap dispenser on the wall.

The breakfast area was crowded, especially in 1 area (which I understand because the waffles smelled delicious) The Waffle station should be all by itself and not where the breads and toaster are. We couldn’t get near the Breads with everyone waiting to make a waffle. It seemed like that could’ve easily been switch to where the cereals were as there was room there. Also… why did you switch to powdered eggs (or whatever that was) Gag! They’re gross and would never offer them to a guest. They are the right color but don’t look right and the consistency is awful. Cut corners somewhere else. Liquid eggs that

The room was very nice. We had what we needed plus I liked that they use Neutrogena products for hair, skin, and had shower cap. Very nice. Very clean, only problem was our coffee maker was missing the tray that the coffee and filter went in. They had coffee available 24/7, which was nice! We were there from a Friday evening to Monday morning. Only problem with breakfast no French Vanilla creamer for coffee. Had it available at 24/7 coffee bar but none at coffee bar in dining area! Right across from Walmart, very nice area. I liked the decor very much. I will definately stay here again. See you in about 6 months!

Wish our coffee maker in our room had worked, but definitely not a deal breaker. Wish there had been better television selections. Still not a deal breaker! Over all we were very pleased. We had a handicapped room, and the door was very heavy for us, been nice if it had been electric, and a walk in shower! Still not a deal breaker! She you in about 6 months.

Check in was smooth and the desk clerk was friendly, efficient, and professional. We were able to socialize with family in the break room.

A youth hockey tournament was going on in the area and the young kids were louder than I would have liked but not the fault of the hotel.

2nd time staying here. Check in was fast and easy. Gentleman at front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great and filling. Price was fair and affordable for a great location close to lots of shopping with the breakfast they provide in the morning.

Hot Tub wasn't as clean as I would have expected. To much chlorine used after awhile it bothered our eyes and we decide to leave the area.

Very quite and clean along with safe/ relaxed environment in a central area for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and good/ filling. I would recommend this property to a family who was looking for a affordable option to explore area. Tons of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance or a short drive of hotel and within a hour of Canadian border. Will stay again if we decide to come to area.

Would have been nice to know prior to booking pool/ hot tub were out of service. It wasn't a deal breaker however manager offered us a reduced rate or upgraded room which was appreciated. We took the upgraded room which was huge with to queen beds. Thank you for that.

The place was very clean, and the check-in staff were very attentive to our needs. Our housekeeper, Olga, made sure our beds were made, that we had fresh towels.

The coffee service was welcome, but the coffee could have been hotter.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.

The pool was a little too cold and the hot tub was only warm. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. It would have been nice to have a small sofa in the room to relax on, but there was just a chair that was ok comfort wise.

Well lite parking lot. Luggage carts accessible. Lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Sometimes cookies. Pool is heated and also has large hot tub. Snacks and microwaveable food available for purchase. Office area to use. Workout room available. Rooms are nice. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. 2 sinks. Average size bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Temperature control worked well. Nice accommodation.

The TV didn't work. And the fold out bed was not comfortable. Could have additional blankets available in the room in case you need them at night.

The wifi wasn’t working and I planned to work. That was awful and there was no ETA on when it would be back up. There was one agent that was really rude. Older male.
