Excellent hotel with many advantages. The location directly opposite the main train station is ideal for train travellers. Extremely friendly staff and incredibly yummy breakfast. We really regretted not fitting anything else in at breakfast, our eyes would still eat and every meal was amazing. It is worth staying here for the breakfast alone. Room large, well equipped and spotlessly clean, also quiet although the window faced a nearby building site.

The only downside to our stay was the wifi, which was virtually non-functional in our room at the very end of the corridor. Fortunately this was not a major problem. However, it would definitely be a good idea to strengthen it.

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had while traveling! Truly top notch with numerous gourmet bakery items, hot dishes like eggs and sausage as well as fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, sliced cheese/meats, yogurt, cereals and a wide selection of coffees/juice. Breakfast begins at 6:00am so we could get an early start. Thank you!!!!

I would have liked a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Very modern & beautiful maintained property. Love that it was just right across from the train station. Staff were nice, helpful and bilingual. Bed was super comfortable!!

The noise that the AC emitted every couple of minutes as if was very frustrating and made it hard to sleep.

This is out second stay in this hôtel, we love it for so many reasons, but mostly: - The staff : very friendly and helpful staff. Very professional and they do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - The Breakfast: best breakfast we had in France. - The location.

Small room as sofa bed was out for the kids. Several stubbed toes due to confines of the space. Otherwise tip top.

The room has air-conditioning!!! This saved us as it was over 90F during our stay. Otherwise, room is small but very comfortable. But the best features are (a) the location (literally just opposite the train station, yet quiet at night) and (b) the breakfast (which has to be the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in the US or Europe). They have pet parakeets and bikes to rent. It is a fabulous hotel, with a short walk to the main sights of Strasbourg.

A/C was a bit noisy at night; apart from that, nothing.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location close to the train station was perfect, and it was within walking distance to all attractions around the city! We walked literally everywhere. You also have access to the trams, but we did not take advantage of them as we love to walk and stop in the cafe's and enjoy a pint and a glass of wine! The room was a perfect size with lots of space to place our luggage on the couch or the luggage rack. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the fact that we could open the windows for some fresh air at night! Our room did have air conditioning but we did not need it for the dates we were there! The breakfast at this hotel is outstanding. Anything and everything you could possibly want for breakfast including they can make you an omelet if you so desire. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful regarding activities and directions around the city! We would totally recommend this hotel.

Close to train station and short walk to town center .. great value and make sure u opt in for the excellent breakfast

This hotel has an excellent location, conveniently located from across the rail station - meaning easy access to/from the airport as well as into tourist/central areas such as Petite France.

There was an inexplicable amount of recurring dust in the room. When we arrived the room was boiling - we therefore tried to put on the aircon, but couldn't seem to use it properly. Despite good daily cleaning of the room, every morning everything would be covered in a thin layer of dust, which you could see in the air underneath the bright lights - I can only think it was coming from the dirty air con vent.

Super comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff and an incredible breakfast. Bonus for the two lovely rescue Birdies (in a big cage) in the breakfast room. Great location close the main station and only a short walk from the historical center. Parking is also available close by and the hotel offers a reduced fee for one of the parking garages.

We had a problem with loud noises in the room, probably from the heating system. But we were given another room after we talked to the reception and that one was much, much better, although there still were some noises from time to time.
