The staff stand by when we were check in early in the morning. They prepared birthday decorations and cake as compliments due to my partner’s birthday. As this is a service apartment they have everything you need! Kitchen very well equipped for short or long stay, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom~ Location is easy to access to good restaurants and tourist places. Don’t miss the rooftop in the evening — it was very good view from the top

Room is excellent value for money. Good bathroom. Gym well-equiped.

Pool was freezing. Some light-switches were behind the drying rack in the kitchen so were difficult to find. Got locked in gym at one point due to faulty key-card entry mechanism. Location a bit out of the way. Sauna small and inefficient due to large gaps.

Hotel itself located in a quiet street, very minimal street noise from room, but still a good central location. Facilities were very clean and accessible - gym had great equipment and pool had an amazing view of the city below (enjoyed a sunrise swim each morning). Room was very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond. Loved our stay.

A hot vegan option at breakfast would have improved my stay, but honestly still enjoyed toast and fresh fruit each morning.

Staff was accommodating with our request and quick to act. Rooms are fully equipped with washer/dryer & soap. Perfect for those planning to stay longer and want to pack light

Staff training could be better. Requested for a cot and it came without at bedsheet or pillow. Wasn't sure if it was ready only to realise the next day after the cleaners came in and added the side pads and sheets on. Towels look really old and tattered and had some stains on them.

Booked 1 bed suite for 2 nites highly recommended by a friend but after given room key found its a small studio. Later they changed the room after i told the recept. Surprised to have a huge water dispenser for 1 bedroom, as the studio only provided standard 2 small bottles. No time to go around to nearby mall or walking street but will not hesitate to book this hotel again. Thumbs up for room cleanliness. Checkout was a breeze - within a minute :)

Didn't have chance to try the gym and pool. Noticed toilet shaver socket was slanted but not a big problem,. But breakfast was very very limited as i look forward for better choices and more selection of food in future.

it’s like an apartment, with washing machine and kitchen inside. very convenient. Have a really nice Soundbar. I have good sleep during this stay.

If the air-conditioner is not DAIKIN, it would be even better. Because DAIKIN alway much much noisier than other brand, meanwhile the light is very bright and cannot close. The road outside the property is bumpy… but not a big deal.
