The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and had tea and coffee available in the room.Breakfast was lovely with nice coffee and plentiful supplies of fresh fruit and croissants of your choice.The pool was also very nice but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so pleasant and helpful especially the receptionist Georgiana who even came to say goodbye the night before we left

The only small problem was that the hotel has no ironing board or iron available It is only a small problem but would be great if one was available

Fantastic location right in the middle of bardolino and a short stroll from the lake front. There was a tiny problem with the door in our room on arrival however the hotel informed us straight away, apologised and had us in an upgraded room straight away the following morning so it was no issue and we were happy it was dealt with so quickly and professionally. They even arranged balloons and a welcome card as it was a special birthday trip. The room was comfortable and brand new with a huge television and the air con was welcome also. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and each day you select a croissant choice for the following morning. Something very small but we really enjoyed the personalised touch. Pool facilities were also fantastic on the rooftop with towels and water provided. Overall we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bardolino.

Hotel Namia is in the perfect location. We travelled by bus from the arena in Verona and the stop was 5 mins from the hotel. The decor and furnishing felt new and was very clean and well cared for, the staff are really helpful including the breakfast staff. The roof top pool is a lovely bonus- they provide loungers, cool water and towels at the pool also. The room is equipped with everything you need, great bed, pillows, linen, Nespresso & kettle, tv, fridge and mini bar, good sized wardrobe and bathroom (including a hair dryer). The air con is also great quality (cooling and minimal noise). The hotel is opposite a lovely park and within a few minutes you are near the restaurants, bars and shops and the amazing lake. You are also near the main bus terminal and tourist office so you get organise your trips, including Gardaland.

We had a side balcony with no views but would have loved one facing the front of the hotel, looking over the park. The room could be a little bigger, there were 3 of us, 2 adults and a tall teenager and it was a bit tight but ok for a couple of nights. And finally I would prefer the pool area to be non smoking (the rest of the hotel is non smoking) but I accept many wouldn’t 😜.

I loved how modern and fresh this hotel was. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and you even got to choose a type of croissant the day before which was waiting on your table in the morning. It was in a great position in the town. I would stay in this hotel again.

We didn’t have a room with a view but it didn’t matter as we didn’t spend much time in it and the views were literally a few minutes walk away.

Overall I liked our stay. Couple small things could be improved: - would be good to provide some veggies for breakfast (tomatoes, cucumbers, salads) - at least 1 ironing board and iron is needed (there was no) During checkout I was asked about my proposal for improvements and shared this info. I believe they will take it into account.

The staff were amazing at this hotel, they could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The location was off the beaten track, quiet, and close to ferries and the main drag. Breakfast was great. Wonderful park right across the street.

Check in was simple and the directions to the parking accommodation were easy to follow. The front desk receptionist was super lovely. Breakfast highlight was the cream filled croissant and the fresh squeezed OJ. Our room was perfect, they even acknowledged our anniversary, it was very special for us. They really are an incredible team! Fantastic location as well, great restaurants nearby.

the breakfast was amazing and the location couldn't be better. !!!! the location was surrounded by the best restaurants in Bardolino and everything was just good walking distance. I appreciate the staff and hotel for making my partners birthday one to remember with the balloons in the bedroom and spoiling her at breakfast. I thank you !

Ideal location in new and spotless hotel. Steps away from the busier areas but on a quiet street. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. Lake views from the rooftop where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Close to a parking garage where parking spots can be reserved.

Pillows were a bit firm only because everything is brand new.

The location was great, but the rooms were very nice, very clean, and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We also loved having our own ac, and the ability to control it. Staff were so friendly, the breakfast was just right!

There was nothing at all that we didn't like.
