Late check-in was well organized and effortless. Communication with the staff was pleasant. Both the room as well as the bathroom were of a very good size. The complementary coffee in the room was a nice extra. Good private parking on the premises.

Hotel is brand new and it has a beautiful decor. Bed is comfortable and own coffee machine was great. Common fridge is opposite to room 7. Key was left to a box in the front entrance and message sent beforehand to inform about the details. We didn't see any staff but contact via text message was good. Location is peaceful and it was easy access with car including free parking behind the building.

Nice, modern, and comfortable room and sleeping quality! The one and only choice in/around) Lübeck! My daughter has a room for herself, and she also likes it very much! The house-keeping lady makes the place always clean and shining, and the owner of the place always tried the best to help! The breakfast was so fantastic. Everything to the perfection! Thank you so very much!!

Surprisingly big room (and a great bathroom) for two adults and one child. The room was very clean and looked rather new. Flexible check-in even on late arrival.

No air-condition (didn't check it before booking though), but the room cooled down anyway quite quickly when you opened the windows in the evening.

The hotel is not in the old town center. However we visited Lübeck by car, so it wasn't a problem for us at all. The contactless check-in was easy and straight forward. The coffee machine in the room is a big plus. We also used it to make tea. The shops (supermarkets) are close by (walking distance, in fact, just the other side of the road), the free parking outside of the hotel is another big plus, the room is nice and clean, and spacious, the bed is comfy, and the location is quiet...all in all, a very good hotel (even with only 11 rooms). We like this hotel very much, and certainly would book this hotel again if we visit Lübeck.

The sound proof somehow didn't seem so good. On the 2nd night of my stay, I could hear the snoring from the guest next door. Even so, it didn't spoil my stay and my night.

A new and clean appartment with a decently big bathroom, free parking in front of the house, quiet neighbourhood, many grocery shops nearby, friendly and responsive receptionist, fast wifi and large TV screen

Everything was great

Quiet and clean, spacious. Easy to find and a perfect parking place under our window. The nearby breakfast was really good!

The building is and looks new as well as the room. It is big and modern. There is a parking lot for free and supermarkets walking distance.
