Very convenience from Hong Kong Airport, just hop in A22 bus, will bring you to Jordon bus stop, alight walk just about 20m round the conner. Return trip bus stop opposite the road, in front the (Kowloon Union Church) to Airport. Monday - Friday - every 15 min Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday . Room very good. Room charges reasonable, Book early, when dates get closer review the price, it could be cheaper. Chamber maid start work very early.

I was staying on 6th Floor, someone smoke along the corridor from next room. Hope hotel staff put up a bigger sticker, "NO SMOKING ALONG THE CORRIDOR"

Great location, nearest Jordan MTR station exit is B1 and has an elevator. Entire building of the hotel sits behind buildings facing Nathan Road, along Saigon Street. It’s quiet, but we didn’t feel unsafe or dangerous. Walking distance to popular dining places - Australia Dairy Company, Mak Man Kee, Dim Sum Here, Temple Street Night Market. Mac’s & supermarkets are (Wellcome, ParknShop) near too. There’s a 7-11 only about 50m from hotel entrance. Our room was at the very end on L4, size & space comfy for 2. Room is cleaned & made up daily; cleaning staff we met were friendly & nice. One of the cheaper & decent options in the area during our travel period. Simple, sleek & neat room design. My bed made squeaky sounds but was still comfortable & wasn’t really an issue. Had hot water throughout. Toothbrush set & shower caps replenished in toilet daily. We checked out very early morning before 6am & requested the staff’s help to call a taxi for us as we thought it wasn’t likely that we could flag one down from the main street at that timing. The staff on duty obliged & a taxi arrived at the hotel’s door step a few mins later, which we really appreciated.

These are not things I dislike, but more of feedback for hotel’s consideration. Tea sachets were not replenished daily, we only got tea for only 2 out of 5 nights of our stay. The room instructions indicated that we could request additional “bathroom amenities” from the reception, but when we requested them at the reception, the staff don’t seem to understand what were saying right away. We found ourselves repeating & explaining further what the “bathroom amenities” are. I thought it was a little odd & made for a slightly awkward experience. If it’s indicated on a piece of paper in each room, I’d expected the staff to know what I was referring to without having to explain & try to describe the “bathroom amenities” to them.

CONVENIENT LOCATION - walking distance to Jordan MTR exit B2. Got convenience stores (7eleven and circle K) and eateries including Starbucks nearby. SERVICE - receptionist had a welcoming attitude, housekeeping staff were very polite and did room cleaning on a daily basis. SPACIOUS ROOM - loved how the room had enough space for 2 people to move around given their cheaper room rate. BED - the bed was exactly as firm as how I want it to be. My friend and I always knocked out after each day of activities.

NEEDS RENOVATION - overall, the place was good and I would definitely recommend it. However, they can probably do some repairs and repainting as it seems a bit rundown.

Location is convenient with a hair salon, cafe, convenient store (in the hotel), medical hall just around the corner. 3 - 5 mins walk from Jordan MTR station and Airport bus stop. Staff were polite and helpful.

Location is good, near by the airport bus stop A21 and A22. Just 300m by walk to MTR Jordan station. I would like to recommened.

There is a contruction opposite the hotel. It's noisy in the morning.

Close to MTR & buses, 24 hr launderette 4 mins walk, Plenty of shops and restaurants across the road. Temple street around 6 mins walk, The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, Has a very small fridge to put your milk or dessert in, 7-11 one min walk away.

Thermostat not working. Both me and my mum's room are freezing, no matter how high we turn the temp up, it didn't make any difference. Wear thick PJs if staying around winter or cold weather time. Need to lock and chain the door every night because the cleaner comes at random time to clean the room, and will just knock and open the door straight away...

have to collect the 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water from the reception desk daily during our 4 night stay. why don't they just put them in the rooms during the daily cleaning,?

great location. 30m seconds from Nathan road with all the buses, and only 5 mins to walk to the metro.

The location is very convenient, there is a direct Airport bus A21 that stops by the main street. Jordan MTR station is also within walking distance. There is a 7-11 convenient store within 1 min walk from the hotel. The hotel room is considered quite spacious in HK and equipped with everything you needs. There are few famous eateries in the area too e.g., Dao Xiang Dim Sum, Dim Sum Here, Kung Fu Dim Sum, Red Tea Cafe, Kai Kai Dessert etc. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast.

Maybe the hotel staff could use a mic at the reception as they were wearing a mask and speaking behind a window glass, it's a bit challenging for visitor to hear the questions.

The location was very convenient and central, close to the Jordan mrt station, convenience store, and night market. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities like an electric kettle, hair dryer, etc.

The thermostat was not working, so it was cold during the nights, otherwise i would have given it a 5 star rating.
