I was looking for a place to stay for 2 nights, because I wanted to do the Volo dell'Angelo. I looked for a place with a private balcony/terrace/garden and found L'Arenaria. It was everything I expected and more! The home is so well finished, with such eye for detail. The rock wall in the bedroom is amazing. The house has everything you need, I never missed anything. And then the garden! Wow, a little piece of paradise in Pietrapetrosa. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She told me were to park (I found a free place), gave me a blue card for if I needed to park in a paid parking lot (2 euro for 24 hours) and when I arrived she picked me up at my car with her car. Drove me around town to give a little tour and to explain what to find where. Then she drove me as close as she could and helped me with the luggage. This was such a relief. It would have been a real struggle on my own. Also she told me to text me with every question or problem necessary, but it wasn't needed. Everything I needed for breakfast was there, with lots of coffee. Spacious bedroom ánd living room with kitchen, nice bed, beautiful bathroom with big shower. It was all so peacefull in my own garden. For dinner there are a few restaurants in town. Keep in mind it is a mountain village. Try to travel lighter than I did and prepare for lots of stairs. It is so charming!! Just enjoy!

The property, the village and the host exceeded our expectations! Anna Maria was a wonderful host. She could not do enough for us. Totally available in communication through Booking messaging at anytime. The village was amazing, the apartment was extremely clean, with all amenities you would need. The terrace had an amazing view. Breakfast was a few packaged items in the room or coffee and croissant at the GV Nine Bistrot. Driving in the town was restricted to residents. Anna Maria met us with her car at the spot we parked and drove her car until we had to walk up steps to the apartment.

We could have been in better shape to combat the steps and hills😂 It was a wonderful stay and experience!

The outdoor setting is spectacular. The apartment is smaller but very modern and functional. The breakfast supplies ( milk, juice, pastries, etc) were very generous.

The apartment is difficult to get into with luggage (steps and cobblestones) because of its location in the old town but that is just part of the charm. The parking pass provided allows you to park in the old town.

Anna Maria was the most amazing host, helping us get parked and picking us up from the car park to take us to the property and always on hand to help us with everything. The property itself is so unique and has the most amazing views. If you’re looking to experience an authentic Italian mountain village this hits the mark! Definitely worth bearing in mind there’s a lot of stairs and hills to get up to get there so try to travel light :)

Everything was great!

The apartment was lovely with great lighting on the cave wall. The outdoor area was excellent & sunset wine on terrace with view hard to beat.

We couldn’t find the apartment when we arrived having never been here before & google not helpful.

Great view, lovely host, cozy bed, hot shower, well equipped apartment❤️ Host pre- heated the apartment before we arrived, we really appreciated it as it was really cold!

The breakfast could be fresh. It was pre-stocked (cereal and yoghurt, packed muffins, crackers) It was fine for one night, if we stayed longer a fresh breakfast would have been lovely!

Very nice host, she fetched us right from the parking lot and gave a short tour of the village. Loved the rock wall in the bed room, and the big garden you have all to yourself.

As others already mentioned theres only prepackaged food for breakfast, but no real problem since we knew ahead of our stay.

What a lovely apartment and amazing view. Our host even gave us a tour of the town before dropping us off at the apartment (only locals can drive to the apartment as its a very old and narrow roads) definitely recommend
