Room was spotless, perfect place to stay for an early flight for a work trip but not a great location if you are planning on doing tourist activities in Frankfurt city center as it is two hours on a bus from here. The bus to the city is a two min walk from the hotel. Hotel room was spotless clean and beds very comfortable. No people in thus hotel, everything is automated by a screen at the door. Make sure your phone has battery or you won't be able to access your room. They send the room code via email when you check in.

If I didn't have my phone I couldn't access the room. There are no staff (or people) at this hotel. My credit card wouldn't work to pay when I got there and even though there was a phone number to contact if needed, no one answered it. It all works very smoothly though once you pay for the room, they email you your room code. No facilities here. No iron, no tea/coffee in room (there is a machine In the lobby).

Great location right opposite airport doors. Did not see any staff. Check in on key panel and on room door. Good quiet basic clean room with good shower. ideal for a couple for one night. Was hot. Did not use air con but can open window

No staff on site if you have an issue. No food but vending machine in lobby or McDonald's in airport. Had to ask for check in number. They did reply quickly but would be good if they sent soon as payment made. Advise pay before you arrive to get the number in case of issue with pay machine on arrival

The hotel was literally in front of the airport. I was impressed with the self check in process which was very straightforward. The room was clean. There was no food at the hotel but the airport has a couple of spots you can buy food from.

I didn't like the fact that there was no food or even options of places outside the hotel that I could order from. I also didn't like that the vending machines were a bit difficult to operate. The QR code on the machine had faded and couldn't be read by my phone.

Everything was to my liking ! Love the location and the comfort. The beds are lovely!

No TV remote control in the room (always had to get up to change channels/volume and turn on/off the tv). 🚶‍♀️👉📺 (at least I burned some calories 😉) Shower needed a long time to get warm, unfortunately the water didn’t get really hot. 😢🚿🥶❄️ (skipped it! Was not that important after all😊) The heater was noisy 💥(but eventually did fall asleep and thankful for a warm/safe place to stay ). 😴🛌🥱🏨🙏

Really close and walkable to the airport, so perfect for an overnight stay after a late flight. The rooms are well soundproofed so no noise with windows closed. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable.

No staff to be seen anywhere! We were sent codes in advance but had to help another customer who was getting quite distressed with the online access system.

You can't get much closer to an airport than this. Very convenient for late arrivals or early departures. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet. The staff was friendly.

Rooms are a bit too small to accommodate an extra bed for children, so 2 rooms were required. A small refrigerator would have been nice to keep a few things cold.

The hotel is exactly how you are going out from the airport. Great location and is great that you can't hear the noise from outside.

Would be great if there was coffee in the room + in the night when I did the check-in on the machine took me a few minutes but I didn't feel really safe. Maybe should provide a code for the first door so this wouldn't be always open. Just for safety.

It was a really convenient place to stay after a late flight into Frankfurt-Hahn - literally opposite the airport! Perfect for one night before our onward journey.

Everything was absolutely fine - they have stopped doing breakfasts, which was a little bit sad, but there were vending machines in the foyer including a coffee machine.

Location is very close to the Airport, very convenient. The room was clean, bed sheets were washed. The bathroom was clean but there are basically no toiletries, except some soap. Even if you are very close to the airport the rooms are quiet and you can rest.

Check-in was OK for me, but you basically depend on your phone. If you're out of battery then you basically don't have any way to check-in, which is very unpleasant! There was zero staff on-place.
