Our room was well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable when staying with two children (one of them being an infant). The breakfast buffet was delicious and we were very happy with the options available there. The location is amazing! The scenery of the surrounding area looks wonderful and it gives the stay an additional value.

The dinner was disappointing as the buffet restaurant was the only option available and it cost 30€ per person. It's too expensive compared to what they offered. Definitely not worth it.

The place is beautiful, with gorgeous, relaxing, fairytale view. It’s quiet, clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. The design of the hotel is very nice and it was recently renovated.

It was a bit annoying to arrive with public transport, as our bus from Rheinsberg centre was cancelled and we had to walk in the cold. The spa is quite small, pool could be warmer and prices for treatments are way too high.

The location right on the water and next to the forest is unbeatable.

The breakfast could have more clearly marked vegan options. I didn’t appreciate being put in an adjoining room where I could hear the people in the other room. Otherwise all was very good.

Very clean, cosy room. Staff were quick, welcoming and polite. The sauna was really nice to have on a cold day. Wanted to try the pool but didn’t get to it.

Our room didn’t have a bath. It wasn’t obvious in the room booking options. I’m not sure if our neighbors were just very loud or the sound proofing wasn’t the best.

Hotel is lovely, beautiful view over Marina, very big swimming pool, two saunas, great food choice for breakfast, very friendly staff.

First day we've arrived a bit late to breakfast (around 15mins before it finished) so obviously the staff started cleaning at some stage and it's totally fine. What I found strange was that no one asked us if we want anything else from the buffet before they clean it up. Also, literally 5mins later, they've started hoovering which I find very rude if there are still ppl eating - I understand cleaning etc. but srsly, you can wait with hoovering until everyone's finished (or at least give them extra 15mins). I know it's not huge and I still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone as it's great! It's just this small thing to be a bit more considerate about in the future as those small bits make a difference between great and excellent ;)

I like that the place is very cozy and has a nice lake/seaside view where you can walk peacefully. You can also drive to the city center quite fast.

I didn´t like that the food options in the hotel is quite limited i.e. they only serve buffet in the restaurants and not a normal menu. Not all guests can eat in a buffet style. You will need to drive to the center to have other food options.

Overall nice and clean, choice of restaurants for dinner. Good range of choice in the breakfast buffet. Nice, spacious pool and spa area. Live music in the restaurant on Saturday night. Good views of the cute "harbour village" houses out the front and of the surrounding forest on the other sides.

The overbearing air-freshener in the lobby hit me like a wave every time I walked through there. Strong to the point of being unpleasant. Fortunately the rest of the hotel wasn't perfumed anywhere near as heavily. Would have been nice to have some options for late evening snacks such as a cheese platter or even a vending machine. If walking from your car or to and from the nearby town of Rheinsberg there's no dedicated footpath so you're forced to walk along the pavement of the very long parking lot.

Large older hotel in a remote destination, on a lake. The surrounding area is great, as is the view from our room. Great breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated. Our room had two levels, and on the upper level you feel lack of ventilation as it's under the roof, and there's no air conditioning. As the hotel location is quite remote, having a car charging facility would be a good addition.

A very nice place, with well-equipped rooms, a pool - and a marina with a lighthouse. Breakfast was great, and dinner was decent (as a half-board). A-la-cart restaurant, unfortunately, was having a day off. A perfect place to stay for a day or a couple of days.

It is very beautiful hotel! We had a perfect room for the family with two children. Spa was excellent and breakfast and dinner buffet ware tasty. Personal quite helpful and nice.
