I would have loved to have more coffee capsules at the room, but other than that, it was wonderful. I like that the hotel is so close to the Maalbeek metro station, and thus, close to the stop of the B12 bus, so it makes it convenient when one travels by plane and then moves around with metro lines mainly. The selection at breakfast is fantastic. I tend to eat smaller portions, and I loved that I had such a large selection to pick what I was eating. Even the selection of teas is expansive. (And you can take your coffee cup up to your room, if you want to.)

Please, more than two capsules of regular coffee.

Rooms were nice and cozy, staff were friendly and accommodated for small requests. They're a more green and sustainable hotel so if you don't want housekeeping, they actually don't even enter your room (giving you a discount at the bar). I did request a firmer mattress and no hotel so far has been able to provide this in the 3 star to 4 star range. Hopefully in the future that changes and the hotels some backup mattresses available for customers with lower back issues. The breakfasts are quite the spread, lots of options and very filling! Nothing like a hearty meal before getting on with your busy day.

I had a falafel salad at the hotel restaurant for lunch that I was well below average. Service is good however otherwise my entire week long stay was comfortable and super well received. There could have been hot tub and that would have made it perfect.

Spacious room with great view to courtyard. Many sustainability initiatives. There’s a mini-fridge and tea/coffee service in the room, as well as access to a microwave in the crew room. I truly felt like the staff wanted to help us enjoy our stay. Rental umbrellas are available. From our room we could see the rooftop garden, including the beehives, being tended. Foregoing housekeeping gave us the option for a coupon we could use towards a snack or donate to one of the causes the hotel supports!

The location was great for the business we had to conduct, but a little less central for tourism purposes. Not a huge negative at all, as it was closer to EU-related sites and many green spaces. No separate kettle and so we had to run tons of water through the coffee maker in order to brew tea.

The rooms are clean. We got upgraded to a business room with a balcony. The gym was very well equipped. We got 2 complimentary bottles of water every day. Reception was spacious and a nice place to sit whilst waiting for others.

The twin beds were connected and we couldn't separate them. The shower was weak and kept sliding down the pole it was attached to. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive as were drinks in the bar. The bar shut too early (midnight) and there was no room service option after that.

Big clean rooms. Very nice staff and facilities. Good and diverse breakfast, a lot to choose from. Metro very close, parliament also close. Safe neighborhood, not many restaurants close by but the hotel has a restaurant where you can eat something ( a little expensive and just a few to choose from but delicious)

We booked 4 rooms and asked to be close but they put 2 on one floor, 2 on other floor and neither close and you can't go at other floors without propper key card so we met our family only at the reception.

I really enjoyed my stay and there isn't really anything I didn't like. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. Plugs by the bed for easy charging at night. A big TV with lots of channels. Daily room service which you could opt out of and receive a voucher to use at the hotel restaurant, as an eco friendly initiative. Airconditioning unit was great. Very quiet at night. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 15/20 min walk down the street to the main city area.

Nothing, it was all lovely

The staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people we have ever come across. From the reception staff to the bar staff to the cleaners they were all so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was stunning and spotlessly clean, we looked forward to coming back to the hotel in the evenings it was a lovely warm hotel and we felt very comfortable here. Location is very good right beside a metro station making it very easy to get around.

Definitely THE location for business trips to Brussels (EC, EP etc.), but also a very comfortable place to stay. My room was spacious and clean, nicely equipped. Comfy bed, nice Nespresso coffee-maker, all needed amenities. Good bathroom. It was possible to slightly open window, so fresh air was there as well :) Fantastic breakfast and very decent bar and restaurant in the hotel. Nice staff. And a nice 5 EURO bonus for every day you don't ask for a room cleaning.

The one should be prepared to see the windows of the neighbour building from their windows (in just couple meters) independently on where the room is located. Also, my shower was spilling water quite extensively (the door was not closing fully) and hot water temperature was too much varying.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thon Hotel, pleasant informative staff that helped give us tips for our stay. Though the carpet and artwork was questionable everything else was at a high standard. It had modern facilities, rooms were kept very clean and you never felt crammed, with lots of space in the foyer and in the rooms.

The decor, I'm a picky person, but the carpet is very dated and the art...if you can call it that, was not to my taste.

Well located, close to the old town (walkable distance)

We stayed as a group of 2 families. Obviously, the offer to pay 36 eur per person for breakfast sounded totally unacceptable to us. What is the point of asking a price that most people will not accept even if they could afford this (our case). We can afford it but we don't want to because this is just not acceptable to pay 36 eur x 7 people for breakfast. We had to go to the nearby bookshop Filigranes that only opens at 10.00 on Sundays for breakfast, it was doable but not that great. The hotel should think again about their breakfast policy. If you ask like 15 eur, most people will automatically agree to this, maybe even 20 eur but you can forget about 36 eur and your clients go elsewhere.
