I was nervous because of the numerous terrible reviews, but honestly, regarding the price, it was totally fine for a night and very handy if you have an early flight the next morning - 9min by car and 25 by bus (bus stop right outside the hotel with departures every 15-30mins from 5:15 onwards) . The room was fine, could have been a bit cleaner, and you can request an extra blanket from reception because it was a bit cold.

In high season I can imagine check in can take really long, now in lower season we still queued for 15 min with just three people ahead of us. Also Quite difficult to find parking as it is a very busy area, but if you go uphill along the road there is a lidl which had easy parking if you dont mind walking a bit. Also the locals are very happy to help you parallel park 😅

I read a lot of negative feedback before but I had a good experience with them and would recommend if you are in a low budget stay. The place seems to be old but I found it quite comfortable. The hotel has different buildings, the breakfast is in the main building so you might have to walk there but they are close to each other. They cleaned the room every day and provided towels also. They have a wide variety of breakfasts. I think for this price range I got everything I needed and I had a good stay and sleep.

Even though they cleaned the room daily the shower could do some deep cleaning or refurbishing.

My room was perfect! I love it very well, it was very possible to reach everywhere and even just 2 mins away from the bus station going to the Airport. The place is very clean and the staffs are very nice, they even speak German and English very well so it is very easy to communicate.

Hmm there's nothing much, only the airconditioner in my room was leaking a little with water, I tried to bring it to tje receptionist and very nicely she offered me a new room but i refused, anyway I'm not always in the hotel, I was most of the time outside so, the leak didn't bothers me. :)

Excellent hotel. My room was quite small being a single but it was very clean. Staff were very nice on reception, at breakfast and the housekeeping staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. A great amount of choice, delicious cappuccinos and a lovely dining room. Excellent location for the beach and airport bus. The whole hotel was extremely clean. It felt a safe place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and I definitely would return in the future.

There was nothing to dislike.

You can't beat this place for the price. The buffet was exceptional! My room was large and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The wifi was good and when it didn't seem to work on my other device they gave me the staff code ;)

The side lights in my room were too bright but I always think that. My neighbours were pretty noisy, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. It's a budget hotel near the airport in Mallorca so I knew what to expect!

The staff very prompt in solving if you have a request. Clean rooms. Very Good Food. Near the beach and easy to get to the center city and aeroport by bus - station bus just near the exit of the hotel. Also lots to do and visit near the hotel.

Was a smell in the room that was from the bathroom but the staff immediately resolved the problem. I request through Booking that I will arrive early the check -in hours but the reply came very late after I was already there and I was asked to pay extra for this.

It really was not that bad. I was reading the reviews and quite worried at first. In great location, near to the bus stop to the airport, okay for the price you paid with breakfast buffet which is also not crowded and alot of options.

There is a leak in the bathroom ceiling and I noticed only on the day I left. (Mould as well!!) Would be nice if they give slippers because of the sand on the floor/bed

There was an incident that happened on the first night of my stay, I woke up and suddenly saw a man standing near me. It was a worker that came into my room (I didn't understand what he needed at night and how he entered).

Great clean property with a good selection for breakfast buffet. Bedroom was well presented. Only negative is that the water in the shower is not very consistent. Location very good- 2 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. I would recommend

The walls are really thin, you can hear everything form the next rooms and it’s located near the street so you can hear a lots of cars and street noises
