The facility was very beautiful and clean, the staff was excellent and the food was very good. We appreciated that there wasn't any television in our room. The view from our balcony was awesome, and the sound of the waves crashing against the walls was memorable.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Our experience at Sea Cliff was more than exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Terrance checked us in and made sure we had a hot meal after our long drive from Montego Bay. We were given a room upgrade for the first few nights in the Sea La Vie suite, which sits right on the cliff and was absolutely stunning. There was an outside jacuzzi and shower, making you feel like you're floating over the ocean. However every single room on the property is gorgeous, airy, and spacious; specifically designed to feel like a unique slice paradise in their very own garden of Eden. The views of the property are breathtaking from any direction, from the ocean, to the trees and vegetation, the walk down the side of the cliffs, and the refreshing salt water pool. Everything at Sea Cliff feels like natural luxury with the charm of a quiet untouched beach town. We stayed for 3 weeks and were fortunate enough to meet many of the staff, who all are committed to providing an exceptional stay for their guests. The restaurant is also so beautiful, equipped with it's own small library and delicious complimentary breakfast for guests every single day. Many people come through the restaurant to dine and you can see they are taken away by the beauty of the grounds, the exemplary service, and the incredible meals. Waking up to a cup of tea on our balcony hammock overlooking the ocean each day is something you cannot describe, you must experience. I appreciate each person there who made us feel like home during our stay. From Mr. Arrol, the genius architect and mastermind behind the resort, to his son Brett, beloved Angie, Terrance, Monique, Brittany, Rose, Tiffany, Joseph, Juice Box, and the lovely housekeepers and groundskeepers, each member of their team is dedicated to the success and vision of this gem as a leading resort destination in Portland. I have no doubt that it will become all that they imagine because it is already so special and beautiful!

The position of the room to the ocean was everything ❤️❤️ it was very calm and peaceful , the fact that you sleep and dine by the ocean front is a very relaxing feeling … Breakfast tastes was A1, especially the cakes and salt fish with fry dumplings and mashed green plantains 😭❤️ The morning server being the young man is a excellent worker 😊 we had a little misunderstanding where the waitress (who is not so pleasant, the female) told us that we had limited options when we paid for lunch in the package, we asked management and he was remarkable, very nice and understanding ✌️The stay was quite relaxing.

I don’t like the fact that lunch isn’t included in the cost , you can just pay for dinner and breakfast is already included, The food serving is little and the female server isn’t pleasant enough.

Spent 4 nights at sea cliff in white cap suite 2. My stay was beyond excellent. Views of the ocean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. I will definitely be back some day. Be sure to buy some groceries and get cash (for taxis/entry fees) before you get here.

There are a few things I would improve #1 get rid of the bath mats and use bath towels instead. There were hairs (I have an Afro so definitely were mine) in them which the cleaner cleaned after I pointed them out. #2 clean the bathrooms a bit more thoroughly #3 work on food supply, jerk sauce, yams and plantains ran out every day. So I wasn’t allowed to order more sides.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the check in was friendly and quick. The rooms are as exactly how they look in the photos. We dined in the restaurant in the evening, there were 4 of us and we all had different meals, and everyone of us were more than happy with the size of the portions were stop on. And I would highly recommend the coconut curried shrimp, the flavour was the best I've had. The pool is nice and relaxing. The whole experience was awesome and we will definitely be returning quests.

There isn't anything in this place to dislike. Highly recommended to stay here

I love the views from the deck. There was an outdoor bathtub that I relaxed in several times while taking in the sites. The pool was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. Close to several world famous beaches.

The roads to get to the location are pretty rough in areas but they are being repaired.

The location and Ambience was very satisfying. The getaway was relaxing.

The drive to the property was tiresome with bad roads.

My room, the ocean put me to bed. Thanks Mrs Ricketts for your warm hospitality and your friendliness. We will be back as mentioned for my daughters birthday in November. ( I hope the dogs are not there when I return)

Supervisor was very disrespectful. He disrespected his staff members and guest. You maybe the supervisor but the staffs are who keeps the business going, without guest you wont be paid. Management need to look into this type of behavior . We met some people there and we were discussing about the meal we realized that Terrence charge us different prices for the same meals.

The staff did a great job in making guests feel welcome. The view, breakfast and the room were just what I wanted but never expected. I suppose I had no idea what I wanted until I got it, and it was perfect. Great staff! Monique, TJ, TK.... the chef. I think Holiday Inn Montego Bay needs to go sit in class, take notes and learn from this hotel. I have found a vacation spot; I am going back, and I am recommending it.

To get up to the sound of ocean and view was calming. The staff was friend, Monique in Reservation was sooooo pleasant and thoughtful. On the topic of food, it was delicious.
