Good location of the hotel. Easy to find the hotel. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Cozy room. I was very pleased to have a shower and bath!

I was notified that the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction. It didn’t bother me, except that the corridor near the door of my room was dirty and very dusty. It was very dusty in the room on furniture. The TV does not connect to channels or YouTube. There was little sugar for tea. I was disappointed with the bed, which consisted of two mattresses; they kept moving apart. And it would be great if they offered guests a robe and slippers.

every thing from start to finish at this Hotel is always enjoyable, Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms, Breakfast and dinning is exceptional. although they are having extensive building work carried out increase their room capacity and facilities this did not in anyway detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of a superb quality, varied and plentiful, very good value for money. The dinner was also very good, very fresh and well-cooked. The room, on the 16th floor, was also lovely.

It would have been good to have some bottled water in the room available. Also perhaps a small snack/biscuit in the room too. But there was nothing really not to like, the hotel is very good overall.

They had a problem with the water, which was causing a lot of noise/vibration on my second night. Despite apologies, though, it was still continuing in the morning. Although this isn't something that would be a problem at other times.

Very clean. Bedroom size was enormous. The bathroom was very generous with a stand alone show and whirlpool bath! On my welcome, as a single female traveling alone at night, the reception staff member was extremely kind and made me feel safe and comfortable as soon as I arrived. Also I liked that it was optional to have the room made up.

Issue with the reservation (hotel or booking?): I’m almost 100% sure that my reservation was breakfast included, and in the end it was not and had to pay it extra

The atmosphere was super nice, free parking right beside the hotel. Option to eat at the restaurant inside the hotel. Big spacious rooms and bathroom !!!!!!!!!

There was nothing really bad, just a little dusty due to construction, but it was totally understandable.

When entering the hotel, it gave me the feeling that it might be a bit dated while it turns out all of its faciliaties in the room work perfect and in very good shape! We have stayed in Deluxe room for 3 nights. The bath tub is very good; a lot of space in the bathroom and in the room; fast internet; free parking; friendly staffs; comfortable beds and blankets

There is no vending machine in the hotel, also no swimming pool; only 2 elevators are available there so during the "rush hour" there could be some waiting time but not a big deal

Well placed hotel with comfy beds and spacious rooms. Above standard and exceptional car park allocated close to hotel. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Keep up the good work.

Nice clean hotel, with big rooms and decent breakfast. Everything was as expected, will be happy to visit again in the future.

Only complaint would be location, if you don't have a car it's a bit of a pain to get to.
