The food both in the buffet and speciality restaurants was excellent

We paid to stay in the Premium lodge area which included premium drinks and cocktails in the lodge bar, but nowhere else . However, we were told we could BUY premium drinks in all the other bars.. which made no sense in an all-inclusive having paid for premium? I am.not worried about drinking local.brands but the drink quality was very poor. I understand that serving all inclusive drinks there is a need to keep it inexpensive.. but the options are now cheap. And cocktails are now served from a machine that taste awful. This is our 3rd visit and the change in drinks was so disappointing.

The hotel is placed wonderful, great clean territory, quality meal, spaceful room. Shower cabin is very comfortable

We had spent the previous week in occidental Jandía playa. Tui magic was a breath of fresh air from the moment we arrived early in reception. The receptionist Mary Anne was so friendly, smiling and happy. We noticed this with all the staff on site, they were clearly just happy going about their daily work routine which made the stay just happier and upbeat. The gentleman on the bar over night went way above and beyond to get us gluten free food at 2am! And being completely calm with rowdy drunk customers in the early hours, he is a very hard worker, he didn’t stop the entire night! The 2 women on the bar in the morning deserve medals for the amount of piña coladas they mixed and poured me to drink! They will remember who I am from this comment alone 😂 I thank them all and we did put all of our change into the staff tip box on the reception as a thank you. Food was amazing, well labeled for allergens and not once did I end up glutened from badly labeled food as what had happened several times in the occidental. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever been to and the upkeep by the gardeners was lovely to see, they really look after the hotel and grounds well. We will most certainly be back!, soon no doubt 🙂

Only one issue which I let go. Workers had removed 2 doors during the day and hadn’t covered up the electronic fire door release magnet holders on the floor. I came round the corner to walk down the stairs and it took my feet from under me and I went down on my side, it was a nasty fall right onto my hip on the marble but luckily it happened so fast my head didn’t hit the floor and I managed to avoid sliding down the stairs by a foot luckily! My partner couldn’t stop laughing so it wasn’t all bad! Bruised the hell out of me though. I told reception after crawling back to the room and they sorted it out straight away 🙂

After spending SO long researching all the different all inclusive options offered in Fuerteventura, I am so pleased that I stayed at Tui Magic Life. The whole place was SPOTLESS and the housekeeping staff worked tirelessly. In fact all staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, the food was great and the location was so great for us. It's a bit of a drive from the airport (about an hour) but the beach access is stunning and you can literally walk the full length to the local town Morra Jable to help explore the local area (and walk off all the delicious food that you won't be able to limit!) seriously, if you are thinking about booking a winter break, we were so pleased and cannot recommend it enough! Especially to enjoy the New Year festivities that the team had clearly thought out for all guests to enjoy.

There's nothing that would put me off booking again straight away but a few personal things that could have made it even more perfect for us- I would have liked slightly more comfortable pillows, a few more vegetarian friendly dishes and there is a slight smell in some of the public use toilets but they are kept spotlessly clean and it wasn't a major issue for us.

Great resort, comfortable bed, very good food, marvellous gym, lots of sunbeds, access to the beach ( the main gate leads to a very rocky beach, only found another gate on the last day which leads closer to the sandy beach)

The bars are opened too late, which made it very noisy very late at night, keeping people awake. I much prefer the resorts where they close about midnight. Not much in the nearest area, but a taxi to Morro Jable is only 12 euro.

The pool was nice and so was the beach that you had direct access to from the back of the pool. There were drinks taps to help yourself dotted around which kept queues at the bar to a minimum. There was a decent amount of choice on the buffet, but the a la carte restaurants had to be booked two days in advance, so we didn't have the chance to try them.

There were a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, which is never nice. Our room key didn't work when we first arrived, which happens, but this involved 3 trips back and forth to reception before they eventually got maintenance to come and check and then issue us a new key. Also, there's not much to do at all in the area. There was a Mercodona we walked to and a nice beach bar, but that's it. It was okay for us, as we were only there for a few days and would also be okay if you don't have any intention of leaving the hotel grounds at all but it suprised me how little there was around, just other hotels.

Very good food, overall nice resort, lots of activities and sport included. We really enjoyed the restaurants that could be booked as part of the all inclusive. I am celiac and the restaurant staff was very helpful to accommodate my gluten free dietary requirements which I really appreciated.

The beds (annoyingly two single beds attached, and we are a couple) were really unconfortable. We asked for toppers which considerably improved the situation. Wifi doesn't work very well.

The food was better than expected. The room was big and comfortable. The flowers, trees, and views are incredible. Very nice stairs to the ocean. Just fix the things that are not working and it will be great hotel.

Outdated gym. No treadmill. Some other devices were not working. As we chose this hotel because of sports activities, this was very disappointing. Kids' playground was also too simple. Public ones in Fuerteventura cities are better. I think this hotel is renovating (one pool was closed for maintenance), so it will be better in the future.

Diversity of Sport activities available for guests easy bookable via hotel’s app. Food was brilliant, with option to book a table for a dinner once per week for free in one of the hotel’s restaurants, which was a nice alternate, and we really enjoyed that. Also, kudos to the whole staff, and especially to Entertainment Team for doing amazing job and making all guests stay fun and memorable.

No A/C was available in our hotel room, just a big old-fashioned fan on the ceilling but personally, I wouldn’t consider it as an issue/inconvenience. The hotel’s room temperature was okay for us.

It was all over great holidays experience.I can recommend that place 100%.Food was very good and a lot to choose from, staff is amazing smiling and helpful everywhere starting from reception to bar, restaurants, cleaning services. Great activities, disco at the bar every day and every day different vibe... Lots of fun, long time open bar, sports activities you can't be bored at this place. The location is the best in Fuerteventura in my opinion I've been different places and the beaches are best you can wish for. I think I will come back there and I never said that in my life about any place. It's a perfect place if you like to have fun,party a little, dance and enjoy beautiful beaches. Very good all inclusive, no sugar sirops and fake alcohols all good and in glass not cheap plastic. Lot of swimming pools and the place is very nice organized. Lot of activities for kids and movie theater with movies for kids also.

Can't think about nothing specific.... Maybe just you have to know that the place is big and lot of people there so it's not a Cosy private calm hotel more fun vacation time place.
