Loved the room , cleanliness , awesome shampoo set up in shower and a great brand, soap great. Loved that there was extra towels and toilet paper. Nice touch as well. Location of hotel was nice, it was a great place. Staff are nice and helpful. Easy to get in and out of establishment. And parking was nice as well. Very spacious room, great lighting. Comfortable.

Toilet as too low for my disability. Shear torture and very difficult to get up and down from. My error not to ask about it. Still adapting to being disabled. Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis in all my joints, and Fibromyalgia. Should have asked for a handicap room, but thought it may cost more. Disappointed a hot breakfast wasn't included in the price since it was a little steep. That would have made the cost totally worth it for me. Eggs, or omelet. Hashbrowns, toast, juice etc.

A nice hotel with very quiet rooms. The interior is from the 1990s but is in surprisingly good condition. The hotel is located a short distance from Sawgrass mills mall. Starbucks down in the foyer is a big plus. Heated pool Can highly recommend this when visiting the shopping centre.

The receptionist at check-in had a bad attitude and showed little interest in me as a customer and spoke indistinctly. Moisture-damaged bathroom signs mould. The breakfast is expensive in relation to what they offer. My recommendation is that if you are thinking about breakfast to first see what they offer.

The location was super as we were attending an event in the Amerant Bank Arena , and we could walk to it from the hotel . It has ample free parking and everyone we encountered from the check in to check out was super helpful , pleasant and efficient . Also close enough to sawgrass Mills, so obviously I had to visit for a few hours shopping and a nice lunch .

The people in the room next door were awake at 6am , playing music ..just a little distracting, no ones fault and couldn't be helped .

Shuttle service is great though it did not work with my foreign mobile. The staff stepped in and arranged for me. My room was very comfortable. You may also want to improve the gym a little. Perhaps put in compact leg press machine as that is probably the most used for men and women when they want to stay in shape during their travels. Having the water station and welcome cookie is great!

Though well aware the cleaners have to do their job which I highly support, there is quite a bit of noise combined with cleaners and occupants as the doors are heavy and slam quite a bit.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Sawgrass shopping outlets and I was not disappointed. It was an easy 8 minute walk. The staff was super nice. The bed was very comfortable. They had nice towels.

The hotel is a little bit dated and the pool area was not the best - right by the busy street. My room had an adjoining room and I could hear everything going on in the room beside me.

The burger at the restaurant is pricey, but astonishingly good. We were here to attend a family celebration in one of the ballrooms. The room was comfy, the food at the event was very good.

I could do with more clothes hangers in the closet. I brought dresses for South Florida heat and humidity, and had to fold some of them over a skirt hanger. This is just a suggestion, not really a complaint.

Check in was smooth, front desk person was pleasant, room was clean. Close and in walking distance to Amerant Arena and the Saw grass mills outlet. Sams club right next door. Starbucks on site. Restaurant on site.

Carpet was outdated, Toilet was not working properly. The door lock was loose and need to be tightened for security. Overall was a very very good stay. Was able to relax.

The room was quite spacious. I have stayed here several times, due to location and being super close to Sawgrass Mills. Breakfast was varied, and good quality. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a toddler and being this close to the mall made it super easy for us to go back and forth for her naps.

Our room door was wonky and it took a number of attempts for the door to actually open. Although hotel is well taken care of, rooms are a bit dated. ( I have traveled to this hotel for 10 years, it is still looking the same) so it could use some upgrades and renovations. Parking space is limited, and if it is full you need to park across the street. For this other parking space, the hotel is not responsible for any damages or loss.

Friendly staff and with in-house ATM machine and Starbucks Cafe and in-house Restaurant and complimentary Cookies at the counter - all these factors made it easy & enjoyable during the stay.

I had a double bed and one of the beds were not cleaned properly. The carpet was old and does not look appealing. Same breakfast everyday - was a bit boring.

The location is great, close to Sawgrass Mills, eating places, Publix and Walmart. The pool is very well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and the premises were very clean. Don't forget to get your warm cookie at the front desk.

There is a US$50 per day incident fee that they hold on your card. I was not expecting that so just confirm with them after you make your reservation so you won't be caught off guard like I was when checking in.
