The location was good and we could walk to a lot of places. the view from the room was ok even though it wasn't facing the ocean. The air worked great and so did the wifi. The bed was comfortable. We were easily able to get fresh towels every day.

The carpets were very dirty, the room was a little dated, someone was always smoking in the hall (cigarettes and pot). We weren't allowed to park our own car, could be taken as a positive or negative. I had to stand at the toilet and hold the handle for a long time before the toilet paper would go down and the toilet made a high pitched noise.

The best part was how friendly and helpful every staff member that I encountered was. Location is right across from the beach. Parking is valet, which made a huge differerce as the parking is a nightmare and the cost was within reason considering the other options avaiable(if any).

The only disappointment was not having a cart available for luggage as either other guests were keeping them in the rooms or they did not have enough. I didn't mind as my granddaughter was able to push buttons on the elevator more.

because there are no safes…(they don’t want employees in rooms)…there is NO housekeeping!! you have to request everything when you need it…towels, body wash, toilet paper!🥴. 6 day stay we really expected housekeeping! Also hit with additional nightly fee at checkin for pool, coffee bar, yoga classes….mandatory even if you don’t use services.

No choice but to use the valet, we were unsure and uncomfortable about if we had to tip for this service even though it was included with the hotel. We did tip a couple times and one of the boys rolled his eyes. So we weren't too pleased about that.

I liked the location. A surprise was that they had valet services. I found it handy to walk to the Casino Ballroom for a show and return after show quite quickly. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I feel the price as a bit high for "off" season and the small room. Hotel could use updates. Carpet was in pretty bad shape. My shower did not have body wash/soap. Dinner was average.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They're located right across from the beach so it's a short walk to go and lay out in the sun and just as easy to get back to your room. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area that you don't have to drive around you can just walk and get to things.

My only real issue was the A/C unit. Even when I regulated it, it blasted cold air throughout the night even though it wasn't really needed. Woke me up a few times because of that.

Location is prime! It's also great for families since the hotel offers so much all in one spot and being so close to the beach it makes going to the beach that much more enjoyable. We left our chairs set up at the beach and walked back for lunch snacks ect..

Smart tvs instead of cable so you could stream Netflix, max ect...

We brought our two small dogs and I have a broken ankle and am confined to a scooter. The hotel was completely accessible to me including the rooftop bar. Beach with handicapped access is literally across the street. Fireworks were right outside our patio and spectacular. We can't wait to come back!

Love the hotel in general everyone is so nice love the options of dining here as well

Could def use a little updating we had stayed in a suite expected a little bit better for the price the shower had no door on it, the lock on the balcony didn't work. We still loved our stay just wish the suite was a little better

It was close to the beach. The room was comfortable.

There was no daily housekeeping. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Also, the room gets sandy. There should be a broom and dust pan in every room if there is no daily cleaning. The area around the side of the pool was littered with cigarette butts and weeds. The $25 per day parking fee is outrageous.
