When we checked in at about 5 PM, the young woman was terrific. We had come about 2 PM and there was a young man there who did not seem as knowledgeable.

We were coming via GPS from north of Sherbrooke and we ended up entering via the unsaved side road that was very rutted and full of crater-like potholes. We almost felt like it damaged our car. The young woman who checked us in did explain the situation but there should be a notification on your website about not using this road.

The 24 hour reception was very good for us night owls. Got coffee and cream around 3 am both nights with no question about it. The breakfast was also delish, gave us everything we had listed and they didnt mind us packing some of it away for later in the day.

I didn’t know we booked the handicapped room. We were looking forward to a nice bath but the shower had a very good water pressure. This was our only dissapointment.

I booked via booking.com. I had an expected need to reschedule my stay from a Friday arrival to Thursday. Because of this I had to pay extra. Your staff was unable to alter the booking to give me the Friday night rate. I had to cancel it and make a new booking and the staff could not book me in at the booking.com rate. This forced me to search booking.com for a Thursday night stay. I could easily have chosen a different hotel. Your staff should have been able to book me in Thursday night with the Friday rate rather than me doing a new search via booking.com.

Staff and facilities are great. Rooms are nice and clean. You have a great space in the room with a desk with USB plugs, that helps a lot if you want to work during your stay. Fridge and coffee maker are present in the room, great options. Finally, if you want to go to the Fleuriront Hospital, you are close to it, it takes around 5-10 minute to drive to the hospital. I didn't know that but the hotel have special rates for people linked with the hospital. The pool was closed (October) but it seems to be really nice. Parking is available with enough spot for the whole hotel's residents. Near the hotel you can find restaurants, gas station, etc...

The well appointed room was clean and ready upon arrival. The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast plentiful. We have tried other short term accommodations in Sherbrooke (Air BnB and other hotels) but we always come back to le Floral.

I don't like that upon arrival the hotel places a 200$ credit card hold in case of damages. This is more than the room cost and besides the room was paid in full before we arrived.

Breakfast is good, im so greatful they were able to accommodate us so last minute all this week! We’re having a very stressful time in life rn and le floral was there to ease our pain more than once. Thank you le floral for such unique hospitality

I really dont like the coffee. Thats about it everything is perfect otherwise and theres a timmies and a starbucks right across the street anyway so its no big deal.

The staff here are wonderful—warm, polite, and always ready to help. I feel very safe staying at this hotel, which adds to my comfort. The breakfast is served with such care, and the lady who serves it is incredibly kind and welcoming!

The bedding could use an update, as the sheets are a bit worn. Additionally, while the rooms are usually very clean, I've noticed that recently the cleanliness has been inconsistent.

We had an exceptional young man greet us at the front. He was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathtub was great for a soak after being on the road for so long. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pretty cool when we arrived, but it looked refreshing. The breakfast selection was very good with a more personalized way of serving it. Was pretty happy they had gluten-free bread.. and it was really good!

The location coming off the highway was awkward. We turned left at the lights on a big hill, feeling that was the safest. It was a road beside the hotel. Part was paved, and a lot was the biggest potholes, with a huge bump to get into their driveway. It was not good for the car. Even if they just throw some gravel down to make it less rough..

The rooms are big, clean, and comfy. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was delicious and there are many options on the menu. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful. It was quiet even though the hotel was booked full.

Having coffee in a dispenser in the lobby or breakfast area/self-serve would be nice. Many of our USB outlets were unusable/broken. There was only 1 USB plug that worked.

The rooms were clean and pleasant. Loved the soft bed. Convenient access to your car through patio doors for ground-floor rooms. Great breakfast. Lovely, courteous staff at both the front desk and in the breakfast room.

Nothing really. The hotel did a great job with everything. However, I didn't like our noisy neighbours across the hall who came home at 1:30am and were talking loud and laughing right outside our room, slamming their door twice...but that's not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people.
