- The room was spotless, especially the bathroom. We thought the bathroom was renovated and we were the first ones to use it, but on the second night, we realized that it was just that their cleaning skills were on point. We could not find a single sign that we used the shower the night before. - The room was fully equipped and big enough for two people. - The location was nice with restaurants, bakeries, and bus stops around.

- On the first night, we did hear some food steps, but it was overall very quiet. But the next night after midnight, someone on our floor stomped in, slammed the door like five or six times (no idea why), started playing loud music, and kept stomping around for like a couple of hours. I would not say it is the hotel's fault. It was definitely about that insensitive drunk guest, but it would have been nice if there were earplugs or if the hotel had ways to deal with such a loud drunk guest.

Great value for money. Basic single accomodation exceeded expectations. Modernised. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. Very good nights sleep. Recommend. Warm welcome by staff. Good to see fresh fruit and vegetables on breakfast menu.

Balcony for communal use. Sadly so much smoking. Only a couple of meters away from open windows required for ventilation and cooling. Smoke ends up in room. Really unpleasant.

The location was central. The staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast (included in the room rate) was above my expectation. The room was clean and spacious.

I had trouble finding the red box with the auto check-in. Took me a few minutes before I found it. The Reception is only open a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon/ evening.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Pforzheim with safe parking.The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good. My room fronted the road and there were a lot of early morning deliveries, there are shops opposite but after closing the windows it was not a problem. Very nice Italian restaurant almost next door with outside seating.

Close to lots of restaurants and shops, and allowed good access to Stuttgart and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were well presented and clean. Breakfast was okay, a little limited, but what they had was nice

Very limited parking, but it’s good if you can get a parking space reserved. We did this which was very useful

There are some free parking places on the street, clean, comfortable, central position, nice breakfast, fast check-in at automatic machine.

Bathroom door was a joke, even closed you can stick your hand inside, i think it needs to be changed asap!

The breakfast was great. Not a lot for a vegan guest but otherwise everything was covered. The hotel was scrupulously clean - very impressive! Very nice staff - they gave me a kettle and cup for my tea in the room!

We liked almost everything and we especially liked the effort of the staff member who kept parking space reserved for us.

We don't say that we didn’t like, but we suggest to hotel management to add a kettle for morning tea or coffee. Also an air-conditioning would be a good idea.

Great value and great location, comfy bed, great water pressure for shower and although parking is limited I had a reserved space waiting for me on arrival which was really great!

Not air conditioned, bathroom a little tired though clean and great water pressure so excellent shower.
