Beautifully located resort next to the beach with crystal clear waters. The rooms interiors look a bit old but the views compensate for everything. Plenty of activities, from tennis to stargazing at the beach. Food is ok by Greek standards, and very good by northern European standards. The pool is nice and quite deep, which however is not optimal for beginner swimmers. The animation team was on site, doing their best to create entertainment - especially nice were Mario and Evelina :) Water sports are available in the village, around a 10-minute walk away.

Food and entertainment program seemed inclined towards British tourists. Food and drinks are not cheap by local standards when not included in the package. Nudist beaches located on both sides from the hotel beach (which isn’t everyone‘s thing). Also occasionally people who do not stay in the hotel occupied the hotel sunbeds, the staff didn’t really seem to care. A few times relatives or friends of the staff/owners came for dinner or drinks, then everyone on the team was only circulating around them, not really paying attention to other guests.

We came for the first time this otel from Türkiye and we really liked this hotel , staff are very kind they are smilling always good rooms , very clean hotel. Very good cleaning, stuff is stunning they had excelent service, every single stuff member was so kind and nice! Very good facilities. And the breakfast every morning offered a huge assortment of cheeses, breads, eggs, pastries, juices, omelette, etc and was the absolute best way to start the day.

We took 5 days all inclusive package. This place is a hidden gem. It is located in the south of the island on one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Because it is on the south side the beach is protected from the winds and high waves that sweep the Aegean in the summer. There is the hotel beach bar a pool bar and a nice restaurant. I loved the water sports included in the all inclusive. After trying for years to master wind surfing I managed to learn during the 5 days we spent there. The wife and I we tried the jet ski (not included in all inclusive) it was amazing. The Eressos water sports owner is a great person and very liberal with the time allowed us to use kayaks and wind surfing equipment. The food was excellent changing themes every night. We loved the Greek food night. Breakfasts were rich and tasty. After eating 3 meals a day I managed not to gain any weight because we were doing all the fun activities. If you go, dont forget to save some bread from your meal and then sign out the mountain bikes and visit the small bridge over the small river where there are swarms of fish and turtles. The whole family had fun watching the turtles and fish race for the bread. Overall a great experience I would recommend to all.

I think providing bottled water in the all inclusive would be good way to have water on all activities

We were 5 couples and first of all, one of us' booking was not shown on hotel's system. That was their fault but they gave us an option to choose another hotel nearby. After 1 hour, they gave a room to them and solved the problem quickly. This was impressive. The wifi was perfect. You can connect everywhere in hotel including beach where was 50-60 metres far from hotel. The beach and bar was great. Sea was perfect. It was clean and cold enough. There was no rock or little stone. All sand. I liked open buffet in breakfast. Good enough to eat. Pool was big enough but most of its visitor was kids. Rooms are clean and big. I like the size of bathroom. There was no problem about rooms. I really liked it and hope to visit again.

Beautiful property highly suited for families walking distance from the beautiful village of Skala Eresou. Our room was large and clean and very comfortable and new. The beach set up is wonderful on a nice stretch of the beach and our kids loved the pool. The bartender at the beach was amazing and served great mojitos and the happy hour deal was a steal. We loved walking into town to enjoy the amazing tavernas where we would eat, drink and swim. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Even the cleaning lady was a joy to interact with.

Only critique is that unless you ordered fro the bartenders it took a while to get the attention of the serves at the pool bar but they are working all day and taking care of a lot of guests.

When you arrive you’ll see marketing for biking, tennis, paddle ball, activities all under a third party name and if you didn’t book your trip with them as one of their guests you have low to no priority to join these activities. so while it was unknown and unexpected, it was unfortunate to not include them in our trip.

Modern rooms with good space. Plenty of parking and a beautiful private beach infront of the hotel. The breakfast is one of the best I've tried and also I had the chance to try the dinner buffet which was really tasty as well.

Although they have a children's pool, all the kids swim at the main pool. This makes it very noisy and busy. Also, many of them jump from the sunloungers in the pool. Pretty dangerous but the lifeguard doesn't seem to care. They made the gym much smaller this year which makes it almost pointless to have. Also, keep in mind that if you book seaview room they might put you into a poolview room. This is not mentioned in their website or on booking.com but the reception manager was really friendly and helped us with this.

Everything was very good, more like a holiday resort than a hotel. Wide range of facilities, nice open buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly and professional. The sea is clean and beautiful. Beach bar is very good. Skala Erosou is a beautiful town

Nothing to say. Maybe, no food on the beach bar but pool bar is 2 min.away, so not a big problem Skala Erosou is 1.5 hour from the center

The staff were really accommodating. We requested a room change after arrival & they found us a compromise (smaller room but with a great view). We arrived too late for dinner on the first day & buffet was cleared away. A waiter put together 2 plates for us from what was available in the kitchen, which was really kind. The pool area and small section of beach are very relaxing and well maintained. Happy hour 2x a day and the drinks are well made.

Some of the newer rooms are further back from the beach and reception area. Nice rooms, but the location isn't for everyone.

The pool was clean, big and well kept. It could be open a bit longer but overall it was one of the best hotel pool I swam into

The property was spacious, the bed comfortable. Plenty of towels. The bathroom was a little dated but everything was functioning. The big fridge was a nice surprise and the terrace and drying facilities were a much needed add on
