Hotel was lovely - great location, good facilities, and wonderful staff. Alicja was extremely helpful in assisting us with our room.

Welcoming reception area, very nice breakfast and bar. Most reception staff were great.

Nothing on the menu suitable for vegetarian with coeliac disease (unless I wanted olives for dinner) the bar staff did ask me to look at the menu and see what id like and the chef would try to adapt something, I asked if they had gf pizza or pasta but they said not, apart from gf bread there was actually nothing else for me, until I suggested soup which luckily was vegetarian. Just unfortunately a common problem but a large well known chain like Radisson blu could do better and I did feel that they weren't that helpful to be honest. Breakfast was better but no labelling of ingredients.

I arrived late with my sister booked last minute, only staying for one night. (It was a journey we took as healing from grief of her son). The staff were lovely, invited us to Radisson Blu reward club which came with a reward of a drink from the bar. We had no baggage, went up to the room which overlooked the harbour. A beautiful view. The room was lovely and clean with normal facilities you expect to find. We went down to the bar for a meal, choosing a club sandwich to go with the free drink. Great food, tasty and couldn't eat it all, again the bar staff were welcoming. Before going back to the room I decided to ask the receptionist if there was possibly a room that overlooked the bay so we could wake up to that view. She accommodated us in a new room, at no extra charge. We got to the new room, it was more than pleasant. We had a great night sleep waking up early and leaving to watch the sunrise on a different part of the island. All in all a wonderful night, wonderful staff, food and room. Will definitely return if ever back in Jersey!

Breakfast good. Room good. Parking good. Next to ferry terminal.

Parking wasn’t a definite. Luckily not busy so there were spaces each day. Spa disappointing. Changing facilities tatty. Broken locker doors. Had to walk through gym as direct access blocked as floor problems. Pool cold. Surrounding area poorly maintained. No shower at side of pool to use after steam room before entering pool. Couldn’t access pool one night at 6pm as too many kids in - although we only wanted steam room which was empty so had to wait 30 mins. Can’t really call it a ‘Spa’. Lacks 4* quality. Hotel is out on a ‘limb’ from St Helier with a good walk to any restaurants.

The staff are all excellent and very friendly. Location. Ground floor, public areas for reception, lounge, dining. Car park View from room. Breakfasts.

Gym. Poorly equipped. No sanitising sprays. Sign on procedure far too complicated and a massive invasion of personal information… entirely unnecessary and inappropriate. I can’t imagine a single person answers all the questions truthfully. Room Bathroom is tired. Shower screen leaks. Not enough flat surface to put things on. No power socket for kettle at tea station. No power socket one side of bed. Horrible sticky leather surface to bedside shelves.

Our room was spacious, modern with a great view over the sea with amazing sunset cloud formations and sparking night lights along the promenade.

The bathroom was modern and spacious but the large flush button was extremely difficult to push, possibly a design issue because our friends also had the same problem. Maybe some WD40 would solve it 😊it didn’t spoil our stay though. We arrived by ferry and walked from the harbour but couldn’t find the entrance from the marina side of the hotel. A clearly visible sign(s) saying “Radisson entrance this way” would have be extremely useful. 😀

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, The accommodation was very comfortable and the facilities were very good breakfast was excellent. The hotels location was also very good with prime views across the bay and a 10 minute walk into Saint Helier

The only negative I can say was the cost,very expensive with other hotels on the island of the same standard being half the price. I appreciate where the hotel was located but still did not reflect on the cost. however I did upgrade the room and requesting a sea view this added to the overall price four nights bed and breakfast being £1850.

Lovely location by the harbour in front of Elizabeth castle. Easy 10 min walk to the town centre for shops, restaurants and museums. It was useful to have the car park and there was always a space even when coming back in the evening. The room was very comfortable and housekeeping were excellent - room made up and cleaned every day and beds turned down each night. Nice touches like dressing gowns and slippers, teas and coffees, ice machine outside, complimentary water etc. Air con in the room worked well. Good selection of breakfast items and friendly staff in the restaurant. We used the pool for a swim each morning and it wasn’t crowded. Overall a really comfortable 5 night stay.

The fridge in the room wasn’t cold but we didn’t mind as we could add ice to drinks. Very minor detail which didn’t detract from our stay.
