Great location, very close to 2 lifts and main reason we chose this place. Breakfast spread was good, sufficient choice and fresh / warm bread. Our room was renovated and looked much better than the pictures. Friendly staff

Our room was next to the reception and restaurant. As such it was noisy at times and some nights difficult for our children to fall asleep with people passing and chatting in the small hallway after having dinner / drinks. Entrance and stairs get quite slippery as ski room doesn’t have separate entrance, some extra attention should be paid to that

Beautiful guesthouse in alpine style. A short distance from the city center, but in a quiet location. A few meters from the cable cars, shops and restaurants. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning. Nice and helpful staff. Perfect breakfast. On the basis of reservation, the possibility of parking directly at the guesthouse. We were very satisfied with everything. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable. We will be happy to come again if there is an opportunity.

Everything was in perfect order

We (family of 3 plus friends) booked a couple of rooms for mountain biking vacation. Excellent location, in the middle of Saalbach. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected since it's an old building. The interior could use some renovation, so if you are picky I recommend searching for another place. For us was fine especially since there is a bike storage room. Excellent breakfast, as advertised. Very good value for money.

The parking costs extra 11euros/car/day.

Classic continental breakfast. Not really large choice of food but it is enough to satisfy your needs. Staff is really friendly (like always) and will help you without hesitation. They have bike room which is locked in the evening. Personally I don't miss anything while there and had always a good time.

Rooms could be renovated to remove strange odour from old floor tapestry. But since we are always away during the day, your forget about all that and the price is good, so one cannot expect too much.

The place is super cute, well positioned and better than photos. The staff was very helpful. We got Joker pass and we had no idea such a thing exists. Breakfast was good. It's clean.

The room was good but needed an update. The biggest problem was low lights. It needs new furniture and more or stronger bulbs. The reservation said there was parking but after we booked we were told that the parking is available only if reserved. Which we did, just to be told that it was full. However, we were traveling with a motorbike so there was space to fit a small vehicle. Also, parking had to be paid extra which was also not mentioned anywhere prior to booking.

Place for storing our bikes over night was crucial. Parking is paid, 11 eur per day, in the parking house nearby. We got lucky and got a possibility for early check in, so we could settle down before we hit the MTB trails. Good breakfast for the price range, enough of everything, attentive personnel, enough sitting room. Joker card included, one needs to download app to the phone.

Location was perfect with 3 major gondolas within a few minutes walking. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops, and rental shops. Breakfast was good too.

Very uncomfortable bed which was loud and very hard (suspected springs in mattress are too old). The late check in 1600 isn’t very good when one arrives earlier and would like to drop bags off to start skiing. No info about maybe one can drop bags off in a Luggage room before check in or have someone present at hotel. No chance of late check out either.

The joker card is great to get around and get to know the location. I also appreciated nice man in the kitchen that tried his best to meet our kids needs. We stayed in a cheaper room that would deserve some renovation. But I am happy we went off the season since there were few people, especially on the bike trails which was what we arrived for. Beware parking is not included in the total.

Bad coffee

The location cannot be beat, directly in the town center of Saalbach. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced for a breakfast that is included with the room. Large choice of breakfast food options. We went in the Summer for mountain biking and the bike room was great, as well as security and the staff were very nice!

Location was excellent, close to bars, resaurants and lifts. Value for money for a solo or couple travelling to ski rather than spend idle time in an expensive hotel
