Breakfast was good variety, Enjoyed the pool.

Well,,,the toilet seat was loose or broken. When seated , you didn't know if this was the time I fall to the floor or just get hit in the back by seat cover, which occurred almost every time. AND ....as for coffee...they had decaf ,or light roast, OR tea . not even med.roast. I asked at desk , was given a couple med roast. Ended up buying coffee pods ....very expensive.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and had high ceiling. The staff was all pleasant and helpful. I loved the quality of their complimentary breakfast. There were so many cold and some hot items including the fresh waffle maker! Unfortunately, I did not get to try it since I got full from other breakfast items. I enjoyed the swimming pool with a slide and the jacuzzi hot tub as well.

Nothing to complain about.

I was happy with the staff and the room was great.

I was billed through Booking.com and then my the hotel billed my cc again. I did request a credit through the hotel, but was advised it would take 3 to 5 days to go back on my credit card. This is fine, but has been a hassle

The breakfast selection and quality far exceeded expectations, including the coffee. The beds were very comfortable. The room exceptionally clean.

The only issue was a toilet that leaked continuously. It was not loud, but persistent.... The only blight on a good experience.

Breakfast was excellent and we loved the waterslide and swimming pool. The room was very nice.

The room price was pretty high especially when all the taxes, levies and fees were added on top of the room rental on the web. It totaled over $80 for 2 nights.

Everything about the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful; HOWEVER, once we got the final bill and realized that THERE ARE EXTRA FEES,and TAXES ON THESE FEES. It ruined the whole visit, leaving us feeling scammed. Any one with a good business sense would realize that extra costs should be tallied into the total room fee presented. That way the customer can choose whether this is of value or go elsewhere. Not only will you be charged for your room+ GST, expect to pay 1) TOURISM LEVY 2) GST ON THE TOURISM LEVY3) A DESTINATION MARKETING FEE (also supposedly for tourism--a double tax!!!) 4) GST ON THE DESTINATION MARKETING FEE Makes me think that I will try to avoid hotels completely when I travel and look for other options.

Excellent breakfast! Quiet and comfortable stay. I loved that there were toiletries, snacks, and microwaveable snacks for purchase.

The floors could have been cleaner.

Actually the breakfast reviews was what made me choose you, but that really didn't live up to expectations. We have had more choices, more hot food, fruit etc. Not that it wasn't ok, just expected more.. staff was great though.

I just explained in the question above. Oh yes in the site (I booked online) it said the pool was closed, it wasn't....

The waterslide/ pool was a big hit with the family. The breakfast had a good selection.

It would've been nicer to have breakfast served later; however, we made it to breakfast before it was over.

It was in a good central location, the beds were comfortable.

The fact you are required to be vaxed in order to enjoy breakfast is so ridiculous. We couldn’t even grab a plate to eat in our room. Instead we were given a very unappetizing frozen breakfast sandwich.
