Very nice hotel, comfortable room, good breakfest, near the convention center, reasonoble price

Hotel is far from two important place 1.strip 2.fremont street, hotel has big and empty parking place but charges 24 for one night!, plastic fork, knife and glass at breakfest was strange

The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean.

The only thing I would recommend is more options for breakfast because after a few days it becomes too monotonous

It was clean, the room was spacious, even when placing the "sleeping more" sign at the door, the cleaning team showed up and left a note at the door saying they came but didn't enter the room.

I received a special discount code, but I let it expire, then when I got to the hotel. I asked if there was a similar rate available for the period I needed, the answer was no and I was suggested to book a room with a full rate instead. Then I just sat in the reception and made a reservation through Booking com, I got an even cheaper rate than my original discount would give me... Also the flash in my bathroom was broken in a way it flushes the water every hour or so even during the nights, so it was very annoying.

good location, out of the chaos of the strip, but close to the monorail that brings you there. Equipment quite old but comfortable, good complimentary breakfast.

The sofa to be converted in bed for the 3rd person was dusty, smelly, and uncomfortable. The guests have to prepare the bedding themselves, quite annoying when you arrive late in the night after a transatlantic flight. The room is good for two, definitely not for 3.

The staff were friendly and helpful The room and bathrooms was clean and fresh. Enough bench space.

The trundle bed was really uncomfortable, and only 3 towels were provided for 4 off us, both days. It was in a relatively good position but further than we thought from the places we wanted to visit so that meant taxi, User and bus.

It’s very fancy and comfortable. it made us feel very safe and we loved the pool. The views are fascinating! We spent hours staring at the windows. We loved that it’s so close to the Strat and the Sphere. Fascinating in its entirety.

We checked in at 9:30 pm. And we had to check out at 12 noon the next day. I think the hotel should consider the check in hour before assigning a check out time. We only spent like 10 hours in the room and we had to pay as if we had spent 24.

Place was clean and comfortable. I really like the pillows :). Staff was just ok... nobody was overly friendly or rude either. Breakfast was a decent option. Not a far walk to the strip, about 10 minutes easy or about the same to walk to the monorail across the street. The pool area was small but nice that it was heated and still open in December. Not a bad option if you want to stay just off the strip. Parking there too but we didn't use it.

There were lights outside of the building that shined right up into the rooms

The rooms is very comfortable, the breakfast was great (super complete), the staff was super friendly, very clean, everything was pretty great.

The only thing that wasn't amazing, was that the hotel is in the street behind the strip. So, if you wanted to go out, even to eat, it was at least a mile walk or you would have to take an Uber/Lyft. We walked most of the times, but late at night the street gets a bit scary or during the day the heat got unbearable so we used a rideshare app. Which weren't that expensive anyway, but we do like to walk.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. It is my best choice of stay when I visit Las Vegas. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot breakfast included, affordable prices and NO resort fee. Hotel guest are quiet and family friendly. One mile away from the strip. Walking distance to attractions if you enjoy walking. Monorail station directly across the street at the Westgate hotel that takes you straight to the strip with many stops along the way. Views are amazing when you stay in a room on a higher floor. Staff have always been nice and helpful. Check in/out is very easy.

This is the first time I've written a dislike. The sink in the toilet room kept clogging up. Slow draining. I noticed all the elevators kept passing my floor when the button was pushed to go down. Had to wait until one finally stopped. I rebooked a room for my extended stay, the next day my keys wouldn't work in the elevator and I had to have the desk person reset the access. There should be a change machine for laundry usage. It was very inconvenient to go to the 24th floor then having to go to the front desk hoping they would have change.

We liked the couch and pull out bed, and that the toilet closet was separate from the shower closet. We liked the pool and gym accessibility, we had breakfast every morning, we had a few drinks at the bar, and enjoyed lunch in the restaurant. We used the monorail across the street to take us around the city.

Nothing to complain about. We don't have anything bad to say about the hotel stay. All the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast options were excellent.
