The facility was amazing the staff went above and beyond. You really got more then you paid for. Mahmoud at the restaurant bar was amazing serving us with a smile and a joke everyday. By the pool we were greeted by Hossam serving us great drinks that weren’t on the menu to our liking, even Hamed our room attendant was superb and went above and beyond he came everyday and found us outside the hotel room to ensure we were well taken care of with towels water tea and coffee. Really respected our privacy it was very appreciated. From the reception staff, to the bar tenders this hotel was truly a home away from home with fun and relaxation at your fingertips. Beach: The beach was absolutely stunning! The sand was soft and clean, and the water was a perfect temperature for swimming. It felt serene, even during busier times, thanks to its expansive shoreline. Sunsets were breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for evening strolls. Whether you’re looking to relax on a lounger or take a refreshing dip, this beach has something for everyone. The beachside service also deserves a mention, as the staff were attentive, bringing drinks and snacks right to our spot. Room: The room exceeded all expectations. Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, it was designed with comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the blackout curtains helped us wake up refreshed. We appreciated the small touches like the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries. The ocean-view balcony was a highlight, offering panoramic views of the beach and making for a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring our room felt like a sanctuary every day. Breakfast: Breakfast was a true delight and one of the highlights of the stay. The buffet offered an extensive variety of options, catering to all tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets and local specialties, there was something for everyone. The quality of the food was top-notch, and everything was fresh and flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which allowed us to enjoy the morning sun while dining. The staff was attentive and quick to clear plates, ensuring the experience was both relaxing and enjoyable.

Wifi were great connected through all the hotel areas, and connections were satisfying. Pool was also good. Drinking while sitting on the pool was a good experience. Some days our beds were decorated which is a little but good thing. The room was clean. All adult policy is great for relaxing we visited here for honeymoon and we relaxed as we expected after wedding.

The pool snack bar was small, and the snack bar in the pool was not great. It's only pizza to eat on the pool side. Also, there were lots of single men who did not bother anyone, but it would be better if it were more balanced.

We spent our winter holiday here between 9-16th December. Everything was perfect, we had an amazing holiday. 😊 The hotel is beautiful and super clean, looks exactly the same as on the pictures. The food was excellent, fresh and tasty and every day we had something different on the table such as Mexican, Chineese or seafood etc.. There is a vibrant sealife here so we really enjoyed the snorkeling and diving. If you don’t want to be bothered by sales activity on the beach please note that at the towel centers you can take a red ’do not disturb’ sign so you can have rest peacefully 😊 We would like to say thank you to ALL the staff who work here, special thanks to Matrix and Aziz for amazing work and to the whole animator team for fantastic shows everyday and making connection with all guests. Thanks to Ahmed for cleaning room 3223; to receptionist colleagues who moved us to the most quiet room upon our request and let us check-out late for free of charge; all the waiters and chefs; to Hassan for the morning omlets and afternoon pizzas that was prepared with a nice smile all the time. The middle-aged bartender at the lobby bar was quite unpolite to us several times for no reason and the coctails were very bad. We got much more better drinks from the young bartenders at the Olympos bar. The wifi is very poor like in every hotel in Egypt, but at the airport/in the town you can buy a sim card for a good price and internet issue is solved.

We went here in the middle of December and we got the honeymoon suite. The highlights: 1. Service: the staff are amazingly attentive, they anticipate your needs and are available day and night. Everyone is extremely polite. A special mention to Ahmed, who was cleaning our room and every day he left us a sweet little surprise. Animation is present without being too pushy. 2. The structure itself. I will be honest: it was my first time at Sharm and I was expecting something tacky. The hotel is instead a very nice structure, sober and sparkling clean. The swimming pools are great, especially the two heated, and the beach is big enough with very comfy sunbeds. 3. The room (3220). Our room was so spacious, bright and modern. The view on the sea unbelievable. Besides this, I d like to mention that we bought the tour to the national park and the white island including diving and it was great. Small group, clean boat, nice and prepared instructors. Totally recommended. We also bought the spa treatment: the pharaohnic massage was a dream! Rehab and Moham have blessed hands. Ask for them. The food was overall ok considering the Egyptian standard: best we had in Egypt actually. The buffet is reach and with enough variety. Alcoholic beverages could use a little upgrade. Summarising, everything was excellent. We relaxed, recharged, got pampered and enjoed the stunning red sea. Great value for money.

The only two small negative things to mention: sometimes in the room area there was a pungent, unpleasant smell, and there were a litte bit noisy construction works on the premise.

Being our first time to visit this hotel we needed some reassurance about making the right choice when you need to spend a comfortable and enjoyable holiday,and from the first moment we met Mr Mohammed Nabeh at the reception we felt at home! He made everything so easy and enjoyable with exceptional experience in customer service, coming to our rooms 1321,1316 to find it spotless,very clean,exceptionally tidy and stunning surprises with towels ,thanks to Aziz at room service( best ever),then the restaurants ,Chef Amir and Chef Mostafa are so welcoming, great taste ,variety,and presentation. The whole team were so helpful,polite welcoming and so professional in work they do ,we were so sad to leave as we were leaving, we miss everyone and sure we will be back. We strongly recommend this hotel ,if you want to feel at home while you are well looked after.thank you our new family at Albatros Grand Royal hope to see again 😊

Having to leave !😢 The entertainment needed more Arabic components

I like everything in this hotel .. really very nice staff , they made my holiday , animation team, f&B team , emad bar and shisha he is sooooo lovely , Ahmed housekeeping, mr Mohamed nabih man he is 10/10 , I loved this hotel really thank you for everything.

Very organized and clean resort located in a very beautiful and confortable area of ​​Sharm. The rooms could use a refresh but on the other hand they are comfortable and bright all with a terrace, our housekeeper whose name I don't remember #1139 was very good, precise and helpful.  The morning started with a rich buffet and with omelettes made on the spot by Yousef a very polite and good boy, at the restaurant we met many good waiters like Moamen Aleuar, a special thanks goes to Abdel Rahman a young waiter with a strong enthusiasm for the job and the relationship with people. However all the staff is extraordinary and smiling.   The dinner buffet was often repetitive but overall good. With the all inclusive formula obviously they use local spirits, but in my opinion very poor in plastic bottles ... the Gin & tonic for example was horrible .. the same wine. Culina which should be an a la carte restaurant that can be used once a week to give space to everyone I found myself not very welcoming, waiters not very attentive to the customer, I found myself eating dessert with dirty plates still on the table. We really appreciated that Mr. Ismail assistant front office manager came to greet us on departure. Greetings also to Melissa from animation staff very kind girl . However these are all things that can be easily corrected and for this I recommend it and we will definitely return! A piece of advice do not take the white taxis they are dishonest, use the Indriver app like Uber very practical and safe.

We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. We were assigned room 1138, located on the first floor across from the central pool. At first, we thought it might be noisy, but we decided to give it a chance—and we're glad we did! From our room, we had a perfect view of all the activities, the sea, and felt right in the center of everything. The music didn’t bother us because it played only from 10 AM to 4 PM. The "all-inclusive" package was exactly what we needed for full relaxation. The food exceeded my expectations—it was delicious and perfectly prepared. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and I would like to personally thank Ahmad for the daily high-quality cleaning of our room and the cheerful towel figures he made, which always brought a smile to our faces. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped us with resolving all our questions. I must also mention the wonderful massage therapist, Olaa, who gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life.

It seemed that around 95% of the hotel guests were Russian. We’re from Ukraine, and the staff mostly spoke to us in Russian. I appreciate the staff members who immediately switched to English when they realized we preferred not to speak Russian. For others, I’d suggest being more attentive to this.

I cannot praise the staff at Pickalbatros Royal Grand Sharm enough – they truly make this the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived late at night, the reception team welcomed us warmly and set the tone for an incredible stay. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. The waiters in the restaurant were always attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. Oman, our cleaner, made our room spotless daily and surprised us with creative towel and petal decorations. The chefs were always accommodating, asking if we had any special requests, and Omar made us special pizzas that we’ll never forget. Mr. Fadir in the Mediterranean restaurant, was one of the most generous, kind, and caring waiters we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Mohamed at reception was exceptional—always happy to help, whether offering advice or assisting with canceling a request. His kindness and professionalism made us feel safe and cared for. The bartenders worked tirelessly to perfect every drink they served, always aiming to exceed expectations. One moment that stands out is when I accidentally left my £1000 retainer wrapped in a tissue at the restaurant. Hours later, after the restaurant had closed and the staff were busy with other duties, I approached them for help. Without hesitation, Abdam, Mohamed, and several others stopped what they were doing to sift through the trash to find it—and they succeeded. This act of kindness and teamwork left me speechless. Beyond the incredible service, all the facilities were fantastic, but it’s the staff who truly make this hotel special. They work incredibly hard and long hours, yet they always maintain such warmth and care for their guests. I typically enjoy trying new hotels, but this experience has changed my mind—I will absolutely be returning to Pickalbatros Royal Grand Sharm.
