Super friendly helpful staff, clean, decent-sized room, free parking - they even allowed us to leave the car for a few more hours while we went to visit Parma centre.
Can't say we didn't like it as we were fully aware it was a 10-15 min taxi ride from the centre, but this may be a drawback for some. Slightly dated but it really wasn't an issue for a one-night stay.

Breakfast was very Tasty. Room was daily cleaned - great job. Pool was very nice. There is the bus station (5min walk), bus to the Parma - 20min, Price 1,60€ (for 1hour) by card, very easy And comfy. The staff is amazing. Thank for all.

Great Location, clean room and spacious. Great breakfast with good variety of choices.
Breakfast needs to be better provisioned as arrived around 09:30 and some items were not available and not replaced

Hotel is in good location, especially if traveling by car parking is easy. It has a small but very nice, clean pool. Breakfast was also good. The rooms are clean. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Very warm welcome and communication with the hotel prior to our visit was excellent The food in the restaurant altbough buffet style was very good indeed but slightly overpriced children's tariff of 15 euro each for a 4 and 6 year old

Nice rooms. Good location, easy to find. Big parking area. Good food but bit pricey.
Central A/C system had trouble keeping room cool during intense heat encountered at time of our stay, but guess this is going to be a problem for all hotels now due to global warming.
