There was four families in our group. Three had children. This was so much fun for all ages. Every area from both pool areas, bathrooms, hallways, coffee bar, rooms were kept clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, & great location ( we ordered Pizza Hut every night & they had it done in 15 minutes & $10 large pizzas) Room size was also nice.

All 4 families complained their beds were hard & the pillows are pretty much non- existent. So flat !!! The towels also need some updating. Paper thin. We all agreed that we could not do longer than 2 nights on those mattresses & will definitely be bringing our our pillows in the future.

Kids enjoyed the waterpark, the pool basketball, and it’s perfect for all ages. We love the cleanliness of the room and the lobby. We loved the Space for the barbecue area , very clean, good number of grill options, we liked that we can watch the kids playing in the swimming pool while we are grilling.

It would have been nice if you serve breakfast, especially when we travel with kids it’s hard to get them up and take them somewhere else. We wouldn’t mind if you charged us a little extra for breakfast. The coffee isn’t that good at all plus there’s no coffee Machine in the room

Loved the 3 pools. Especially the zero depth Indoor Waterpark. Wonderful for our young kids and really boosted their confidence about water slides and they had a great time. Also had a fenced in green space for picnics and running and playing in the grass. Would come again.

Economy 2 queen beds hotel we rented did have quite a small bathroom for 4 people to jockey around, but the value of having access to so many pools in the hotel and keeping costs low so we could afford to enjoy some adventures in the Dells was worth the smaller space.

The room was extremely spacious. The hot tub was HUGE! The bed was extremely comfortable. The TV was big & pivoted outward to be able to view in bed or from the tub. Everything was just nicely done in the room for the guest's confort.

The hot tub had to be filled to the brim almost in order for upper jets to work. The front desk employee when I checked in was great at explaining everything, but did have a little attitude.

Location was great, not directly in the middle of all the commotion but close by, short drives to everything we wanted to do! Room smelled good and was clean. Usually I can find something to complain about and it was pretty tough to find anything. A lot of water features throughout the pool areas for all ages. Will be staying again!

One of the elevators close to our room was out and one of our room keys stopped working at 10am even though checkout was 10:30am.

the 11:30pm text on rateing the hotel woke me up...We could only stay one night this trip checked in time was not till 3,each stay is advertised with Noahark tickets but that park closes at6 ..so we got no tickets so check in is late in afternoon and check out early we got.we got screwed out of that perk.we have stayed at your place for many years usually staying multiple nights,check our history

This is our first time staying at The Grand Marquis. We will definitely be back! Very nice staff, very clean pools, and very clean room! As a matter of fact, it was the cleanest hotel we have ever had, and we have started coming to the Dells at least twice a year for the past 8 years staying at a different hotel each time. We will be sticking with The Grand Marquis!!!

I liked the location. the layout of the water park and pools were very nice and the water was warm which was great. The room was very large, which we loved.

Two things, first - I noticed the carpet was wet in a few places. In our room there were a couple of wet spots, but the carpet was soaked on the first floor by the vending machines too. Second, it wasn’t really an issue with the hotel, but more with the site I booked through. I used the Booking app and later realized that I could have gotten the room for significantly less if I had gone directly through the hotel’s site.

Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was friendly. Pool area was big and never felt too crowded. Kids enjoyed it.

Beds were uncomfortable in our room, hard. Tub didn't drain fast so you stood in water while showering. Whole place smelled like skunk often, a lot of Illinois plates in the parking lot. Legal there but not in Wisconsin.

Pools, coffee in the morning, clean rooms, we also thought it was quiet, despite the Spring Break crowds. The hotel is close to everything, including good restaurants. It is a great value for the price. Staff was kind and responsive.

I wished we had brought more blankets, the rooms could use extra blankets, beds are hard but we still slept well. It would have been nice to have a lifeguard in the pool areas. Saturday night was crowded and wild, with a lot of kids being unsafe.
