I only stayed a very short night there, so I can’t say much about the property itself, but the service was exceptional. I arrived very late (1:30am) and Magda, the receptionist waited for me and patiently checked me in. She’s been beyond friendly and really saved me from standing in front of closed doors. The room I got was ok. Not as pretty as in the pictures, but it looked like they just finished renovating, maybe that’s why there was no decoration in the room yet. They were fully booked and to not have to cancel my booking Magda did everything to move things around so I had a room. Thank you so much, beautiful 🙏

The location was decent it was clean the people were friendly but it only had one little tiny garbage can in the bathroom the girl on top me walk back and forth all night and heels on a wooden floor or tile floor she was very loud but it was raining and nobody could go anywhere so I'm not really holding that against you guys there was no silverware or plates or anything you know there's no there's no parking except for inside the building where anybody can park had to park at a bank so I mean you can only do what you can do so I won't hold any of that against you guys it's all about location right

I said everything in my message about the staff was very friendly the cleaning crew was friendly I just needs a couple upgrades in the rooms garbage cans some plates or silverware

The location was close to Miami beach and the bathroom was nice and remodeled. The room had a fridge and a microwave which was great for leftovers. Also the room had no carpet, I think it was tile or laminate. It was a good deal for a last minute reservation near Miami beach.

The bed wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. There is no full length mirror and parking is limited. They also had black wash rags that I thought was strange. Usually they are white.

Price was ok. Comfortable bed. Room size ok.

There was no hot water. The hotel didn't really look like the photos. Seems like an updated former motel.

The front desk staff is extremely polite, and the location is perfect for a night stay if you're there for a cruise. Very clean and convenient.

Our only complaint was the king bed could use more than two pillows. It didn't affect our stay, but anyone else should know the area doesn't seem like a safe one to just walk around.

It's a cozy little hotel that was close enough to downtown Miami that I could get there easily without the headaches of staying downtown and I could get to the other parts of Miami as easily as Miami traffic would allow. I'm guessing it's a Mid-Century modern motel that's been rehabbed and I absolutely love places like this. My room was quiet, clean, the shower facilities were fantastic, and the bed was comfortable enough that I fell asleep immediately. Sadly, I didn't have enough time to explore everything in the immediate area, but there are plenty of restaurants within a block or two, and they look pretty good based on reviews. There's a former motel in L.A. called The Pink Motel and while it's normally just used for photoshoots or movie locations these days, the Biscayne reminds me of that. I would love to see a classic car shoot staged here one day, as it would be perfect.

This didn't affect me, as I don't generally use pool facilities at hotels, but the pool has been filled in. I don't know if there are plans to rebuild it, but if you need water, there's an ocean pretty close by.

Great location not too fsr from the airport. The room was spacious, ac was nice and quiet, very comfortable bed and pillows, and good quality towels. Excellent large screen tv with many channels and a wonderful shower and good size bathroom. Nice bonus of refrigerator and thanks for leaving us bottles of cold water! Love the lady at reception. She is a beautiful lady from Haitia full of love and kindness. I just wanted to hug her!

If you are looking for a 4 star hotel, this is not the place. But it is just perfect for being near the airport. And you can get an uber down to Pier 5 and see the marketside area.

The property was quiet, and as pictured. Accessible location.

Need to do pest control and the sheets wasn’t clean thoroughly hair etc.
