The room was great, ideal for a family trip. The property is also well situated with lots of parking spots, and offers a good breakfast selection. The staff were helpful as well, overall wonderful experience. We didn't get to explore the other amenities like Pool etc because of the weather, but would definitely recommend checking out the property if you are visiting Markham/Toronto and want a nice place to stay.

There's no elevator in the hotel, so if you are travelling with people who face issues climbing stairs, it's not ideal. Otherwise, everything else was great.

For the price point I would have liked to see a hot breakfast. I am currently snowed in from returning home to Manitoba and if I had still needed the room I would have been disappointed without hot food.

Nostalgic of the 90s, this is hotel reminds me of my childhood. It's a little dated but super clean. Love the easy access at floor level and the pool and gym are pretty great. Location is awesome, there's lots of resturants, and malls near by.

Very friendly staff, as it was recently renovated, all the rooms look new, very comfortable and clean.

Coffee machine in the room would be nice. They do have a breakfast area but I had to get dressed to get coffee.

The staff was very attentive and we felt well taken care of. The pool is great. The water was warm and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. As I read other reviews before booking our stay some people complained about it being outdated and as that may be true, the decor did not by any means outweigh the fact that the staff is great, the facility is clean and for the price we had a great weekend stay.

My only complaint is that on the morning we were leaving, the parking lot was over crowded and cars had parked in spots that weren’t parking spots and it was a little difficult to get out

The venue was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, Subashkar was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience. We would stay there again.

Clean, quiet, great staff.

The breakfast needs to be improved. Something as simple as fruit cups or whole apples, a few choices of cereal. For now it is only bagels and yogurt, and coffee.

I'm still having difficulty getting the twice charged 13% to my card. Booking.com hasn't responded. Hilton responded and said it was booking.com I need to get credit back.

the sliding door is closed, it's most likely for safety purposes but I hope there is an option to access since we have a pet. It would be good access plus giving us more reason to stay.
