The property is beautiful, in a beautiful setting . A little “in the middle of nowhere” but is is a great luxury alternative for the northwest of Israel . The people were super kind and were tuned to any whim or wish

The only problem is not particular to this hotel. This happens more and more in Israel, in Europe . They carpet-bomb you with requests to do your check in, to upload documents, they offer upgrades , they want deposits for “incidentals””. They justify this with “streamlining your check in” when in reality they are making the traveler (who has no time to waste on this ), do their job . Hire people . You want faster check ins, get a lot of people to man your front desk . I am on VACATION and this do not want to waste half an hour inputting passport info and reading e mails

Amazing experience! Beautiful hotel, wonderful view, very clean, the art is fascinating (the tour of the place, gallery and pictures was phenomenal). Great breakfast! And most importantly, the staff were amazing! So kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

The mattress was too soft in my opinion

The stuff was very friendly and tried to help with everything. the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacey with good view. The place is quite and great for relaxing and resting.

There is only one complain that we have. We paid for breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. I have to say that the food looked amazing, Everything was pleasing our eyes, but the taste of the food was mostly terrible. We are not really picky on food and usually satisfied with most of the dishes, but this time it was hard to find something tasty to eat, even with all the variety and beauty of the food that was offered. They add some horrible spices, like mustard or who knows what. If we knew, we surely would not order dinners at the hotel and instead just go to eat somewhere else. Another thing, if you plan to spend time at this hotel, you must have a car. The beach is about 15 min drive and everything is far away, but it was not a problem for us, as we had our car.

We liked the pool and the restaurant. Comfortable hotel , quiet surroundings.

The gym was poorly equipped and not clean. Some of the staff in the restaurant didn't behave professionally. The outdoor pool was closed despite the heat wave (beginning of April).

the shampoo dispenser, the control of the lights was a bit cumbersome there weren’t extra blanket in the closet I didn’t want to contact the staff in the middle of the night for that

we booked half board, but the dining room was closed on the Saturday night, as tourists we didn’t have a car & couldn’t get to town to eat dinner! the alternative at the cafe was very limited & there were no taxis operating in the area!

the breakfast was great. large array of choices and beautifully presented. the dining room staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. enjoyed the location and walked to the museums and midrachov. the hotel tour was exceptional.

i'll start with you booking.com. the price we paid was significantly more booking through you. there are all sorts of discounts in february and we were not aware of any through you. i would contact hotel or wherever i'm going directly in the future. that was our biggest disappointment and i'm not left with a good feeling re booking.com. as far as the hotel, all was basically good. the spa was not. it wasn't pretty or relaxing space. the first day we went to the pool we thought we'd relax there and read but instead swam and went right upstairs. not pleasant atmosphere. the manager went out of her way to help us with an issue that came up and resolved it in a very lovely manner.

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The pool was also perfect and relaxing.

They didn't provide some basic things in the room like conditioner or body lotion. And there was no shampoo near the bathtub, it was only in the shower.

smell of the air freshener was much too intense

The location is beautiful! Easy to get to, great parking, and the views are endless! It was like getting a hotel and a museum experience all together! The hotel is incredible and there are paintings and sculptures all around. The food was top! A huge variety of fresh salads bakes goods and cooked dishes.

I have to say you have to walk a little bit and go up and down stairs to get from one place to another but it was nice and you get to see the art on the way
