Comfortable room, shower hot.

Notice in room indicated to notify desk if desiring “housekeeping.” Upon returning to room we found only new towels but bed not made, trash containers not emptied. We thought maybe this is what Hilton means by “housekeeping.” Manager rectified this the second day.

Breakfast is always nice there. Granted, it is considered a "free" or "included" benefit, but they do a nice job. Rooms are clean. Water for the shower is nice and hot.

Probably more expensive than I prefer. There are other hotels less expensive very close by, but they are not as comfortable.

Great breakfast, fantastic location, the staff were very pleasant to deal with, and very helpful.

We didn't like the chef suddenly disappearing after our order was placed, and the other staff had no answer or reason why this had happened.

Location was great. Loved that it was clean and freshly remodeled. Loved having the complimentary breakfast.

Unfortunately, due to the remodel, the fitness area was incomplete. Hopefully, it will be up and running if we travel through the area again.

The breakfast buffet was better than in most hotels, with hot and cold offerings. The offerings rotated every day (fortunately, since we were there for 6 nights) and everything was tasty enough for a hotel breakfast. The staff was always very friendly and welcoming, and the room was large and clean. Even with other guests in nearby rooms it was largely quiet. The location is excellent for the Brownsburg/southwest Indianapolis area - there's easy access to the highway and main routes around the area.

Breakfast was amazing! It was hot, delicious and a variety that changed everyday. Everyone was friendly and they were always ready not matter what time we got to breakfast. The pool was great and the laundry facility was a bonus.

There in not one thing wrong with this Hampton Inn it was beautiful, friendly staff, nice pool, spacious rooms and great food. We will be back there again, I am sure.

property was great, except for the lack of a stoplight to get back onto the main cross street. Traffic was so bad, it was difficult to turn right and impossible to turn left.

The staff was helpful when I asked to change rooms due to noise. The hotel was close to several dining options.

The room on the highway side was too loud for me, since I have very sensitive hearing. The staff was kind enough to switch me to the other side of the hotel.

Needed a quiet, safe, comfortable stop between long driving days. FOUND IT HERE ! Nothing seemed overlooked, in prepping my room. Nice to see planning and competence!

Nothing to report. Travelers will be glad they booked these rooms!
