Great location. Short walk to The Service Station which has a good menu, plenty of beers on tap, a good wine selection, port, and great desserts. You could enjoy a great meal and adult beverages without having to drive your car. Woods Creek Cafe is also close by. It opens at 6am and has great breakfast choices. The motel has a pool and my room was spacious with its own jacuzzi, The staff was helpful. They contacted me through Booking when the found something I left in the room. The wifi was very good,

Lack of outlets to plug in electronic devices. No hand towels and no in room coffee. I’ve stayed here before, know what to expect, and will stay again.

Jacuzzi tub in room was a huge plus and definitely worth the extra money. Staff was super accommodating and helpful during my stay. My initial 1 night stay turned into 6 nights and entire stay was enjoyable. Small but very clean outdoor pool right by room very refreshing. Thank you for your hospitality & for going extra mile to insure our comfort throughout our extended stay in the quaint little cominity of Jamestown. * Great food and cool shops within walking distance on Historic Main Street. More enjoyable experience than staying & dinning in the larger & more comercial town of Sonora. Nice country vibe here in Jamestown. CA... GATEWAY TO THE MOTHER LOAD.

You can walk by foot to the "walk of fame" and "Railtown 1897 Historic Park" which was a movie set for some 100 Hollywood movies. There are trains more than a 100 years old in the outdoor area. Great location for the whole family, entrance fee 5,00 $ ! We spend 3 hours in the amazing location. The main street in town is also a nice place to be.

The advertisement and signs to the state park could be better. we found the park just by chance.

Jacuzzi tub great but not $50 great per night. That is WAY to much.

Old room needed some TLC and small repairs should have been completed. Not maintained to standard expected for the price. It was fine for my needs but definitely could be maintained better.

There’s no water bottles. On site. In the vending machines. It was the weekend, Hot, no water. The pillows are horrible. So thin. Other than that. It was really good. Thank you 😊see you next year… Tori LaMonda

I liked the small town vibe of Jamestown. The bus that stopped there drove us to Yosemite, so we managed to visit it even though I was not able to reserve car entrance. The staff was friendly, the room clean, safe parking and close to some restaurants and fast food.

The property is older, but the room is clean! We initially didn’t purchase to use the jacuzzi tub, but it was clean so decided to pay for the up grade. The property is quiet, but walkable to Main Street.

The oversized chair in the room was broken, but that’s minor. It was also still usable.

The owners/front desk persons were very kind and accommodating, the property was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a quiet place to get a rest half way between Yosemite and San Francisco. No bugs were noted and I was very happy with the comfort and cleanliness for the price! Super affordable for students. The town was very cute too but everything opens after 11am, which is pretty normal for these adorable country towns.

I noticed the sofa hadn't been cleaned out under the cushion, but I can understand why that is not a regularly cleaned location.

Need More pillows and electric plugs Pricy but it was holiday weekend reserved a king bed but didn't have one available except upstairs I'm handicapped so can't do stairs so only Queen room available

Very comfortable - quality, if a little dated, furnishings; spacious easy access through the door; quiet; obliging hosts; I would have stayed 2 nights if my schedule permitted.

Wi fi was intermittent and we could not watch TV, not sure why.
