The hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the old town, the main attractions of Jaca, and some delightful walks. Yet it is super calm. There are plenty of spaces to relax and read, both in the hotel and in the pretty garden near the pool. There is lots to like about this hotel.

Twin beds, although we had requested a double. The restaurant food left something to be desired, though the service was excellent.

Motorcycle touring, stayed here twice before so a repeat booking. Always space to park a motorbike, rooms have a balcony so ability to vent the room and air kit. Breakfast is plentiful and reasonable value. Central location with easy walking to bars and restaurants. As always, the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Perhaps it's early in the season, but the outdoor pool area wasn't open, used previously to chill after a long ride.

The room was easily accessible from the lift and the air conditioning was on and the room lovely and cool. We had a small balcony and the view was across the town. Very quiet and peaceful considering the size of the hotel with easy access to the town centre. Also good parking for our motorbike. A good base for anyone looking to tour through the Pyrenees. Breakfast was very good as well with a great and varied selection available.

This is the same for most hotels in Europe, there were no facilities to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room, ie no kettle!

Breakfast was good, an assortment of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, and good coffee. We liked the location because it was easy to find and had on-site parking.it is an old hotel but it felt comfortable.

Noone was at the desk when we arrived and so check in was delayed.

Outside bar staff were great and parking for motorbikes is free and easy.

The lady on reception was a little abrupt when checking in and when we went for breakfast we were met by a lady who was very rude when asking for our room number and then just waved us away giving us no information or instruction . Very different to last time we stayed here. A little construction was going on which would of been nice to have been informed when checking in.

As a group of bikers we booked 2x twin rooms. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The view across the town was nice and the location was generally quiet. We got a good night's sleep.

There wasn't really a lot not to like. The shower head leaked which I fixed while in it. And that was about it.

A great central location. Easy to find and a smooth check-in and checkout process. The room was very pleasant and although we didn't eat at the hotel there were lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Aircon was a bit old and noisy. Parking was limited both in the carpark and on the streets near the hotel.

I loved the location, pool, room and the very friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for making our stay so great. The breakfast was good value for money. I loved that the extra bed for my son and the crib for my baby were set and the temperature of the room was perfect since the AC was on prior to arrival, which is highly appreciated after a long trip in the car. Thanks, we'll definitely be back..

Mini golf needs a bit of maintenance.

Air conditioning! It was boiling hot! And a pool, and very secure motorcycle parking. Very central location - easy walk to central bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Great Motorcycling roads on your doorstep.

I wish I'd stayed longer!

Excellent location in city centre, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable room and beds, great mountain view. Very nice pool and sitting area. Balcony (but no furniture). Parking free on site.

Nothing really significant but....no bar open at 1430 on our arrival and the garden bar seemed permanently closed. Restaurant (no outdoor dining space) seemed rather old fashioned, and the menu not particularly creative. Towels had seen better days. One of the two small lifts out of order when we arrived (no notice posted) and still not working when we left.
