The tranquility and comfort of the beds

Upon arrival at the accommodation they made the collection of a deposit worth 50 dollars that they do not clarify or inform at the time of making the reservation but indicate when checking in that they will return it 5 days after checking out, however, it has already been more than 8 days since the room was delivered and they have not refunded the money. They don’t answer messages or calls!

Location suited my needs but there's not much to do or see in the immediate area. Not far from the airport which is what I needed. VERY dog friendly although only the car park to walk them in. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, aircon, TV and Wifi. Receptionist was very professional and super helpful. Room wasn't ready on time but only a short wait.

Ice machine didn't work and couldn't get the vending machines to work. One wouldn't take my card and the other needed dollar bills which I didn't have.

Good service

I was a day late for my stay and was told I was charged one day and the rest refunded but still haven't received anything. I would like to at least be able to add 6 more days of my stay in no refund is possible. My original stay was from July3-July10 I arrived on July 4 and had to rebook my reservation. Please let me know the status of my refund

Transportation was very convenient as well as all the shopping stores to the market to the laundromat restaurants everything was reachable

The bed was horrible to sleep in, once you had a shower your body can relax a lot better to do the things you need to do during the day

the room I booked wasn’t available, they offered me an expensive room, instead saying for no extra charge, they said I should pay more, so I decided to get a two beds room and actually the two beds room was cheaper but they charged the same price, I should have been reimbursed but red roof only wanted it’s own benefit.

It was neat and clean. The price is good since is like 30-45 min from Times Square

They dont have an elevator, just stairs. The location is pretty far of everyrhing. No places to eat around and the beds are really SMALL

Heard a non-stop car alarm that turn out to be a fire alarm. They need to have a better alarm. And their phone doesn't work . No elevator!

not all of the electrical outlets were in shape and had to adapt to my needs

Location easy commute to NYC. Grocery store, diner, pizza Walgreens,and more across the street good size rooms pet friendly with NO extra charge ( good to know for the future ) plenty of parking. Very friendly and professional staff.

Nothing really

Main reason we chose to stay there was because they allow pets which is something we needed and it's what we liked the most about it. Everything else was ok.

The place was dirty, trash laying around everywhere. We checked in Thursday night and left monday morning and during all that time they picked up the trash outside in the premises only once. It just kept accumulating and no one would clean it up. Trash can full to the top and around it. Very unprofessional.
